I was contacted soon after purchase to schedule, and was able to set the appointment for late in the season. I came home some weeks later, and noticed the garage apron had been cleaned. I looked around the house, and saw a downspout extention lying away from the house. I continued around the property, and saw a spot where the house and garage roofs come together, that had an amount of leaves I think should have been cleared out. I found another extention off on the other corner, and a soda can next to it. The company did the work they promised, the "don'ts" were not a real issue, so I was pleased with the overall job.

I never received the follow up report.

The company set up a time to clean the gutters. I wasn't home when they came, so I don't know how long they were here. As I mentioned, I don't know what kind of job they did because I didn't have anyone go up to check. I didn't get the report they promised.

They were very prompt, responsive, and professional. They performed the services very thoroughly as detailed in the Big Deal description. Furthermore, I have very tall gutters and they brought out the appropriate equipment the first time to reach the higher points.

Saw ad on Angies List, bought service. Company owner came to our house to measure and talk about additional services (repair damaged siding), etc. We made the committment and within a short time installation was scheduled and completed. Job was completed as desired.

Anytime i can pay someone else to climb my roof and clean my gutters makes me vry happy. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and were very professional

Purchased a older home recently with a lot of material in the gutters. Gutter Topper was very responsive to my initial request for an estimate. They also waited until all the leaves had fallen from the trees before performing the work--very flexible and great service.

Advertised price was $89.00 for complete cleaning amd inspection of gutters..He did clean the gutters but added all kinds of extras to the price. We live in a 1950s single story ranch home with gutters on 3 sides and the garage has 2 sides of gutters so this price is outrageous. He actually added $50.00 as overage....he was here a total of 45 -50 minutes TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND REALLY RIPPED OFF!!!

Gutter Topper was great. They came when they said they were coming. They blasted them out and gave recommendations. They also told us something needed to be fixed on one side. They did everything they were supposed to. They seemed great. I met them as I was running out the door.

The work was done on 9/27/12. The workers did an excellent job on the gutters and cleaned things up very nicely afterwards. They removed any debris from deck and cleaned and swept the driveway. They even performed some minor repairs where the masonry screws on clamps had come loose on downspouts. The written report was left in the front storm door and provided a short list of possible problems with the roof that the workers had observed. Overall, a very fine and highly professional job in every respect.

We recently gave our 1919 house a face lift. We got a new roof, new siding on half of the house and new coat of paint on the other, and new gutters. We found all three of our contractors on Angies List. For the most part, we were pleased with all three; however, our favorite contactor is definitely Gutter Toppers. Gutter Toppers was on time to our first quote and walk around. They provided an on-site estimate that was very reasonable. They completed the work as scheduled and kept us well informed. The best of all, the gutters look absolutely great and I feel like we got a great deal. I'm also proud to support a local family owned business. You can tell the gutters were installed perfectly and are made of high quality material. They enhanced the look of our old house by providing a nice sharp line. I expected an improvement from our old gutters, but I didn't expect the gutters to look this good. I HIGHLY recommend this contractor. Gutter Toppers is far superior and will be affordable. You really are going to get the best of both worlds... in the gutter world...

This was done just before we went on vacation. We were supposed to get a report on the condition of the gutter and I thought an estimate on installing gutter guards. This is part my fault because I got busy with other stuff. I still think they should have gotten back to me with something. An invoice that the cleaning was done ... a report on how the gutter looked ... an estimate on installing gutter guards. The gutters are very high off the ground so I wonder if they just didn't want to do the job. They could have told me that at least.

Fast and efficient. Gutters look good and everything was cleaned up.

I opted for one of Angie's list's big deals. I was contacted by the vendor, set up a date and they came out and did the work in a day. I was not home when they performed the work but, based on my inspection, they did a good job with minimum involvement on my part. Overall a great experience.

Bjorkstrand arrived at 0900 and were finished at 1600. The two men made me aware of what they were doing as they progressed. When they were finished, they policed the area of any scraps that were lying about.My wife and I are pleased with the installed gutters, with their appearance and their function. Would recommend this style of gutter and this company to anyone needing gutters or replacment gutters.

Great work! I wish I would have done this sooner. Mark made a great suggestion for adding a water chain and it looks great. I'm very happy with the work and look forward to using them again.

We decided not to use this company since the bid was almost twice that of Tonka Seamless Gutters. The estimator was very polite however, when he found out about the other estimate, he immediately started lowering his price. I don't like this kind of sales. So we went with the other company and were very pleased.

I contacted Gutter Toppers along with 3 other seamless gutter companies to compare quotes - (2 from Angie's List and 1 that I heard about word-of-mouth). When Mark came out, I immediately appreciated that he was an experienced contractor and not a salesman. He answered all of my questions and offered advice about downspout locations. The quote was very similar to the others I received, so the deciding factor was Mark's experience and knowledge in addition to being a local family owned company. The crew showed up 5 minutes early and walked around the house with me to verify what Mark and I had decided on. They were prompt, very professional, diligent, and cleaned up very well. Bottom line, I am very pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Gutter Toppers.

Gutter Topper installed gutters at my home. I am pleased with their work, they did a real good job. I feel the price was reasonable. They were responsive and came when needed. The staff was very nice, professional and educated. They explained everything to my level.

Two people came out and looked at my house. They were talking about how scary it would be to clean the gutters on a 3 story house. They ended up calling their boss, and were then told to take pictures of my home first. The owner called me to tell me that the big deal did not include 3 story homes. I tried to explain that it is in fact a 2 story home, with only 8 foot ceilings. The gutters have been cleaned many times by other companies without any hassle. After taking off work for this appointment, we had to cancel, and I was told I would hear back from him. Since then I have not heard back, and I have decided to cancel the service.

We had been struggling for quite some time trying to find someone to repair or replace the gutters on the back and front of our house. We were getting the run around from several other companies until we called Bjorkstrand Exteriors. They were prompt with their bid, easy to communicate and schedule with. They explained to us the issues they saw with our house and how they were going to fix it. The crew that came out to do the work was very professional and did great work. Because we have such an old house, we ended up needing the soffit and fascia replaced as well as new gutters. They also pointed out a concern with the top portion of our house that will need addressing in the future. We're waiting to hear back from them for a bid on the upper portion of our house as well. My husband and I were very happy with the work done.

A great experience overall. Called them out for a quote, received the quote, which was competitive with others I received, then scheduled the work. They did the installation in the timeframe agreed upon and were very friendly and helpful. The gutters and siding look great. I chose this company over others because they were family run which gave me confidence they would stand behind their work.

Overall it went well. They no-showed the appointment with no call from the contractor. I finally called after a few days went by to see if they forgot about me. They said the delay was due to the weather and that they would be out there the next day. Then they no-showed the 2nd appointment. After about a week or so I checked with the tenant to see if anyone had shown up. The tenant said they had been there and the job was done.

Overall experience was great. The owner presented the product, answered our questions, and gave us a quote. He was very knowledgable. Installation occurred within the specified time frame. My only slight quibble is that I would have preferred that they call ahead the day they were coming. They just showed up.

Overall the final product was satisfactory. But like all the contractors we hired during our renovation the installers seemed to immediately forget the instructions that I gave them before they started work. They installed the gutter on the new addition too close to the sheathing on the house that the addition butts up to. It should have been obvious that this was wrong, since the entire house and addition had no siding, only house wrap, at the time. They did come back later and work with the contractor siding contractor to fix it.
