The estimate was first rate as Mark correctly identified the best way to approach some difficult roof lines with a gutter installation. I knew that Bjorkstrand would be able to install a gutter system exactly as he drew it up in the estimate. And, a month later I got a call that the crew was open the next day. I was out of town but it was ok as they could do the install without me being present. The installation was totally professional and I am pleased with the results. Colors match the fascia and the siding. And, the downspouts include tip-ups for lawn mowing and a bracket attached to the downspout to hold the tip-up in place... a professional touch. I had gutters installed without toppers at this time, but if toppers are needed in the future, i would not hesitate to call Bjorkstrand to do the job for me. I am a happy customer.

Competitive on price, the sales team is highly motivated and accommodating though communication with the client and keeping informed of scheduling or delays on start-up needs some attention, weather and work-load readily considered. I believe they will correct this communication issue with the customer. I can see why they are busy .. they are GOOD at what they do. After two weeks and once scheduled they were prompt on site and delivery, Jason and Jeremiah installed the 4" guttering in a very professional manner and are highly recommended as your install team. An adjustment needed to be made in the front of the house during the install and they took care of it without issue or delay. Possessing a very positive, amiable, thorough and professional manner this team delivered and is recommended.

We found Gutter Topper through Angie's List and found a discounted price on the Angie's List "Deals & Buy Now" tab. I belive the discount was about 50%. We needed gutters on our new garage and between the high ratings received by Gutter Toppers combined with the discounted price, we found it to be quite a deal. We were able to conduct our business over the phone and our color selection was accomplished through a color brochure that Gutter Topper sent us. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work and product.

Great! Purchased the big deal and, unlike other experiences with the big deal, these guys delivered. On time, professional, high quality work. More or less forgot they were going to do it and then realized it was done. Exactly how I like it to happen. Will go to these guys when I want to replace the gutters in the back of the house.

They came out and went over the work that was going to be done shortly after we bought the deal. The estimated date of the work to be done was very close to the date it was done and it looked very nice when it was finished. They cleaned up after themselves and everything went well.

The owner was very responsive and professional. The work was done as agreed and on time. He also offered an assessment of the condition of the gutters, some of which are not visible from the ground. I would definitely contract with his company again.

I had missed a Big Deal but called the company for the service. They were nice enough to honor the deal after it had expired which was very nice. They were able to complete the service without someone being home. The service was completed on the day it was supposed to be done. I've had no issues since then.

I replied to the deal, paid for it, and they came as scheduled and did clean out the gutters, but as I said above, the downspouts were full of debris afterward and I had to clean them out myself.

Gutter Topper's salesman Lynn met with us and provided an estimate. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The price he quoted for gutters & downspouts matched a competitor's quote very closely. We chose a different company mainly because we preferred their style of gutter screens. They were prompt and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. It cost me a little extra because the back of my house is more than two stories tall, but they had told me that in advance. I wanted to wait until all the leaves were off the trees and they accommodated my request. They told me to call them when I was ready, which I did, and then they came out right away. They were very polite and checked with me when they were done to make sure they hadn't missed anything.

We have high gutters with not a lot of room on the side of the house for a ladder. We are getting to the age where a fall would be felt for a while, so decided to go with professionals, after cleaning our own gutters (and probably providing a very comical show to our neighbors) for 15 years. They did a fine job, nothing too remarkable. They cleaned our gutters. YAY!

They were OK. We have a special type of gutter that has a guard on it, and they couldn't figure it out. They said they'd have to take down the entire system to clean them, so we decided not to do that. Instead, they just sprayed the top of the gutter guard clean. However, I thought that even if there wasn't a guard, all they'd do was spray them out with a hose, and the serviceman just seemed like he wanted to be done with the job as soon as he got here. Wasn't bad...wasn't great.

I purchased the service as part of a "deal." Service provided as advertised.

The person I spoke with was very professional and came to my home on-time to perform the gutter cleaning services as promised. They did a good job, but missed one area of emphasis. When I spoke to the company rep, he said he could have someone out to my home to clean the one missed area without issue.

It went very well. I had expected them on early morning, but was called and we rescheduled for a later time that day. Luckily, I had the day off from work. If I hadn't, it would have been unfortunate.

After exchanging a few emails, we agreed on a date for Jason to come out and clean my gutters. He did so while I was at work but was wrapping up the job when I came home. We chatted briefly to ensure things were going well and that there weren't any problems with completing the job. Once Jason was finished, he cleaned up the jobsite and left. I received a gutter inspection report by email a few weeks later letting me know the condition of my gutters.

It went just great. I was able to schedule right away, and they came when they said they would, and they did the job right.

The workers came out when they said they would. The work was completed quickly. They did forget one small area, but came back right away to correct it. We were satisfied with their professionalism and work.
