I was not a customer, so I can't speak to their quality of work. What I can comment on is a poor experience I had with them that speaks to their character as an organization. I was driving on the highway behind one of their "Super 16 - Stoneslinger" dump trucks when a golf ball size rock flew out of the back and broke my windshield. I wasn't able to stop the driver due to morning traffic. I called their main office and politely explained what had happened, asking if they would be willing to help me pay for a new windshield. I was asked to hold for a moment and immediately heard a dial tone. I tried calling back numerous times but couldn't get anyone to answer. I then tried calling from a different phone number and the same women answered after one ring. I identified myself again and was told that unfortunately things happen on the road and that Waterproofing, Inc. would not help me. This rock was not kicked up by a tire, it flew out of the back of the truck. Anyway, after the way they hung up on me and then blacklisted my phone number, I would be cautious dealing with this company.

The best service I have ever seen. Tom the owner came out the next morning after I called to look at a small crack. He called his crew and they came out in 45 minutes and fixed it. Unbelievable service and a great company.

They came out to look and couldn't help me but gave me good ideas for this problem.

The process was very smooth. I was able to get get good information about the options available and pricing over the phone. When the foundation was ready it was a quick phone call to schedule and pay for the service. The crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly, approximately an hour, and cleanly.

Waterproofing Inc. repaired the above grade insulation around the bottom of our home. It took a little longer than expected because of the need to coordinate with our landscaper. The new insulation looks better than when we bought the house new! Quality work for a fair price. They needed to coordinate efforts with landscaper who was performing a job at the same time.
