They messed the whole thing up. We have now spent hundreds of dollars to correct their mistakes. After working with them we found that they were negatively rated on the BBB. They sort of just disappear when there are problems and are incredibly hard to get ahold of.
Description of Work: We had them install an entire home entertainment system.

Terrible
Description of Work: Ordered a plasma television, delivered the wrong television. Tried to work out a compromise. Decided to return television for a full refund. George stated that he would have to return the television first and return my money in 2 weeks after he was refunded from the distributor. This was in December of 2007. I have not received my refund of $2500.00 yet, this is May 21st. George decided to keep my $2500.00. He will not return my calls.
