He has been the most punctual landscaper I have ever used. He never misses a schedule. He comes every week or every two weeks depending on the season. I never ever had someone that was that careful about taking care of his clients. He is a great guy to work with. He listens to you, and he will do anything that you ask him to do. He is just a pleasant person.

Tim Krey is one of the most professional, courteous gentlemen I have had the pleasure to work with. Sadly, because my work with Natureview was to stabilize the creek bank on my property, and there were two government agencies involved (the city and the watershed district) and because they were paying for 50% of the work, I could not make the decision on who to use by myself. If I could have, I would have worked with Tim and Natureview. To share the integrity of this man with you, my neighbor and I were working together to stabilize our portion of the creek bank. My neighbor had given Natureview a substantial deposit before the city and watershed made their decision. When Tim heard that we needed to go with another company, Tim immediately refunded the deposit. I am planning to do some stone work next spring. Tim will be the first company I call.

Everything we wanted for a small project...very satisfied!

Things were done on time and at the cost quoted. I am very happy with the planters.

I am marginally happy with the work overall, but a lot of their work has had to be re-done because the crew 1) put the drain in the wrong place, 2) put in the mow strip extremely unevenly, 3) retaining wall blocks were knocked loose by fence installers (they were supposed to be coordinating all their work with Natureview, but didn't), etc. I hired Natureview because Fence salesman recommended them and assured me that they would coordinate all their work. It didn't happen - or if it did, it was awful coordination. The combination was just a source of nonstop frustration. Natureview by themselves might be OK as long as you're crystal clear about exactly what you want. I won't use them again, though, because the combination of Natureview and the Fence company really soured me on their ability and/or interest in coordinating work between them.
