MANLEY CONSTRUCTION

They took two years to do what was listed above. They missed many dates when we had been promised they would show up and did not return phone calls or emails. The work went on as long as it did because my husband was their business lawyer and they had built up such a bill that it was supposed to be a solution to paying it. There was never a schedule as to when they would show up or who was going to be where! Our fence had to be dismantled for a time of course to move materials and vehicles in. This was a concern because we have three dogs. Our pets did escape a few times resulting in a couple of accidents; our larger dog survived being hit by a car with only minor bruises. At a different time, two of our dogs got out and that resulted in the death of our little Rylie. As I will never have them on my property again (never receiving even an acknowledgment of what happened) we hired other contractors. Not only is the work finally coming along wonderfully, but they had to fix some of the work Manley had done. There was also some roof work that had never been inspected. This has been a nightmare since the beginning.
