We needed to replace our old concrete driveway. The project was well managed and Shawn and his crew provided excellent service. They were prompt and quick and efficient in their work. Shawn is incredibly knowledgeable and they answered any of our questions along the way in a clear and concise manner. We highly recommend Letendre Concrete and Design.

They did an amazing job. Had some garage repair done along with sidewalk and apron. Shawn, the owner was on site the whole time, his workers were friendly, respectful and professional. What seemed to me a daunting task, they made easy and the price was very reasonable for the work. Highly recommend them.

Letendre Concrete did a great job on our sidewalk and driveway. We started making inquiries to several contractors in the fall of 2021 for work to be done in the spring and Shawn was the only contractor who replied. Letendre takes pride in their work and worked with us to get an outstanding result. They might not be the cheapest, but they are well worth it. Our neighbors went ‘cheap’ and got what they paid for.

Great communications and meeting timing expectations. Positive vibe in watching this team at work. They know what to do , have the experience and just do it efficiently. Said concrete would pour at 630 am and the team starting showing up before 6 am to greet the concrete trucks that did arrive at 630 am. Leveling , brushing and special stamping completed before the heat of the summer day. Job site left clean as well as washing down the street to assure a clean looking neighborhood. Have watched similar neighborhood contractors and they set the standard for meeting expectations. Book your job early as their schedule gets full.

Shawn and his crew of hard workers exceeded our expectations. It's obvious this company knows what top notch customer service and work quality mean to their reputation. We give them an A +. Shawn and his team demolished our existing, shifting and cracked front steps / stoop and replaced it with a beautiful, perfectly designed new steps / stoop. The new stoop looks as if it was designed and integrated to the house when it was built in 1930. It's perfect and exactly what we wanted. We are getting compliments from neighbors, and even the concrete truck driver! Communication and bid were professional and excellent. Shawn owns the business and is in charge of the job site from start to finish. No subs --- all a family team. The cost of the job was extremely fair given the extent of the work we needed done. Crew worked hard so that each step was completed with perfect timing. Job took two days to complete: one to demolish, haul, set forms, rebar; the next to pour and finish. Both days they arrived on time, worked very hard, cleaned up at the end of each day as if they had not been here. Super nice people who know what they are doing. Thanks to Shawn, Crystal and their whole concrete "family" for this amazing transformation to our home. We are very excited to enjoy our new, welcoming entry!

Less than 30 days after the job(s) were completed flaking and cracks started to appear in the driveway apron and a adjoining section. I notified the Shawn Letendre immediately via email with detailed pictures of the problem area on July 28, 2020. I have numerous emails from both Shawn and his spouse recognizing the problem and Shawn stated in an email dated October 8, 2020 that he will have tear up the panel and re-pour the job in the spring citing various reasons for not being able to so immediately, I took Shawn at his word. Spent close to 15K for this project I was asked if some of the payment could be in the form of cash, in opposed to check or credit. I didn't ask why, but I did obtain a receipt, for one of the cash payments. I had to request a final payment receipt, for own protection showing that I paid in full. In the spring of 2021 substantial cracks had appears to the base of several of the steps in the stairs. I again diligently send pictures to Shawn on the various problems appearing in the work performed starting on May 4, 2021. Shawn stated that he would get to my job sometime in June. Since my contact in early May 2021, additional cracks and crumbing of concrete are appearing throughout the work that he and his crew performed. I asked Shawn to please attend to these problems immediately, because he kept pushing back the date of his remediation of the problems, in which I stated that I may have to pursue other corrective course of action. His spouse wrote a reply stating for to do what I need to do and to let her know so that she could cancel her 'sales rep' visitation to our home to see what the problem was. Now it's a 'sales rep', not Shawn and not to repair, but to look. I did not reply to her letter. The 'sales rep', who stated that he was not a 'sales rep' did look and commented to both myself and my daughter that it looks there is an issue with the concrete and he would report back to Letendre on his findings. Yesterday, on June 13, 2021 I received an email from Shawn stating that he would be out this on June 15th to patch the failing part of the initial item that I cited back in October 2020, and as far as the stairs go it was suggested to him to saw coves in the stairs, but he said it might lead to more cracking and chipping, and was not incline to do it since it was something that they would normally not do. I take writing a complaint about a person's livelihood seriously, we're all just trying to do what we are paid to do and we all want what we paid for to get done properly. I did my part, I paid Shawn in full and in the way that he wanted to get paid. Letendre Concrete & Design INC has all of these ‘supposedly’ 5-star reviews, and yet the level of service that I received from them is less than a star if that were allowed. I treated him and his crew with respect and courtesy. Shawn on the behalf of Letendre Concrete & Design INC failed at executing his part, and has stubbornly dug in his heels in remediating the problems. I have no recourse but to pursuit a corrective course to rectify this gross negligence of services rendered by Letendre Concrete & Design INC. I have emails, pictures and neighbor’s verification of all that I have disclosed in the above.

The project went well from start to finish. This is the second time we worked with Shawn over the past 8 years. In both projects Shawn had a focus on quality and doing things right. He also rises to new challenges and is creative in making the final product meet or exceed expectations. Shawn also has a great crew who work hard throughout the day.

Really well. They took out the old, laid the new cement all in 4 hours. I was amazed that they could do a job like this so quickly and competently in that amount of time. Really happy with the results.

Shawn was great to work with. He kept us informed and did a wonderful job. All of our neighbors came over when the driveway was done and said it looked great.
