In a timely fashion, [mid July 2019] Shawn came to our home to view the potential job. He was polite and professional. Months later, we have NEVER heard from him. He has not provided a quote nor contacted us to inform us what has caused the delay. This is no way to run a business - communication is vital. We are disappointed in Letendre Concrete work ethic. We will not request his services again.

Everything went well! We used Angie's List deal as the price was very competitive. The crew kept us updated when the scheduled needed to be changed a bit. They did the work as planned and it looks very good so far!

At our first meeting on site, Shawn immediately spotted issues with the grading, etc., and strategized an approach which evolved logically as the project progressed. He scheduled the job promptly and kept clear communication throughout the process. The new steps look great and have improved the operation of the doorway. I am very happy with the results.

I'm very happy with Shawn and his team and the work they did on my driveway apron. I got a call back shortly after requesting info from Angie's List, and we set up an appointment. Shawn came out to take a look and then emailed me an estimate, just like he said he would. Our project got delayed by a day due to the rain, but that's totally out of his control, and he called with plenty of notice to let me know about the delay. The day they came out to do the work, they were on time (early, actually) and got right to work. They were friendly and did a great job. About a week later, just like they said they would, they came back out to remove the stakes holding up the caution tape so nobody would walk on the new concrete, and they cleaned up the rest of the area and even put my potted flowers back where they belong. Overall, I'm very happy with Shawn and his crew, and I would recommend them.

Everything was explained in advance and my questions were answered. The team came out as scheduled. The work was done on time, they cleaned up well and even planted new grass seed. Shawn the owner was there every day and worked on the project himself. I have been very pleased, and would be glad to have them do work for us again.

Shawn (the owner) thoroughly explained everything they would be doing to to complete the project and had good communication throughout the project. Shawn and his team were always on time, cleaned up each day, and completed the job as expected. We are pleased with the results. Shawn is always on site so you know the job is going to be managed correctly as the owner's business is on the line.

They did a great job . We had a hole in our front steps that was over an old well room. They constructed a new ceiling in the well room and did new steps. Very professional. The finished work looks great

I have used a few local guys over with good ratings before, but this is the first guy who is concerned about doing the job to our liking and not worried about how much he can jack up his price and when when when he gets paid, only to disappear before the job is done. Shawn and Crystal are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend over all others.

Great experience! Came out within a couple of days for the estimate when Shawn clearly let me know what the process was and understood what I wanted. Scheduled within a week of when I accepted the bid. Rain put the work out a couple of days, but he and his employee were at my house promptly at 7a both for the set up and the pouring the next day. Workmanship was excellent on a lovely curve and level with garage floor and driveway junctures. They were very neat and put my gate back on. All set now for grandkids to play on and me to shovel next winter!

Shawn came out and provided a very reasonable estimate. Since his Angies List reviews were good, we decided to have them do the work. The first problem was that they didn't call for utilities to be marked and the start needed to be delayed. Once they began, the job went according to plan and was finished on time. We paid them. About 6 months later significant cracks began forming throughout the garage. I called Shawn and he came over to take a look. His response was "sometimes concrete cracks". He left after that. I personally sealed the cracks, but they are unsightly and not what we have expected. Further, after about 2 1/2 years the concrete in the apron is now starting to develop pop-outs which is threatening to develop cracks in that concrete also.

The estimate I received from them was very detailed. They were easy to work and gave the feeling I was one of the team. They cleaned up completely when done.

They are a small operation but very professional and courteous. The quality is excellent and we are really happy with the results. They cleaned up and filled with black dirt and grass seed after the forms came off.

It went really well. The day Shawn arrived for a quote, he was exactly on time as he told me he would be. Super nice, personable, but also professional. The crew that came was great- and they did a really good job. I am so pleased with it! The only challenge was some communication during the process. They told me they would come one afternoon to complete it but never called and showed up after the weekend. If they improve their communication throughout the process of when they will come or not, would have helped me. But really, in the grand scheme of things- he did what he said he was going to do for the price and did a professional job at it.

Vendor was very responsive to questions and follow-up. Owner came out personally to view site and provide bid. Owner was on site during the work. The crew cleaned up after the work. Crew made way for other trades on the sight during the work. Very professional. Signed contract for the work.

The company returned our initial call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate promptly. Shawn, the owner, came and discussed the project at the scheduled time, and promptly provided a written estimate. When rain delayed our project by 8 days, the company kept us informed of our expected start date. Shawn was on-site the entire time, and led the project. He operated the jackhammer, built the forms, and managed the concrete pouring and finishing, doing much of the work himself. The company was respectful of our property and that of our neighbor's near the project site. The quality of the steps is excellent. Shawn and a helper came back and filled with new dirt the adjacent slope area by the steps. The price was very reasonable and the amount estimated was the amount we paid. I worked with seven contractors in the past month and I wish they could have all been as good as Letendre! I went with Letendre because they are local even though their bid was higher than that of another company. I am glad I did. Money well spent.

They were really nice. The driveway looks fantastic. They did a great job.

Shawn and his team exceeded our expectations. The project was well-managed and completed on time. The hard-working team was friendly, professional and actually fun to have working at our home. Questions were answered promptly and "the mess" was completely cleaned up. The workmanship on our concrete project is extraordinary: Shawn is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He really cares about his projects and wants each one to be perfect.
