Description of Work: Great service, great responsiveness, great everything. These guys came out on a 100 degree day to tear out my front steps and rebuild. They worked from 7:00 AM until sunset and the job was very well done. Would highly recommend them. Shawn, the owner, was there through the entire process. One of my biggest issues in hiring contractors is getting them to respond (to anything, really). Shawn was always available when needed.

Description of Work: The fronts steps to my house did not make it through the extreme cold of winter. I had new front steps, front walkway and steps to the city sidewalk poured. Shawn Letendre was able to come out right away to give me a quote. I asked Shawn about sizing the steps at the front door to be larger and more appropriate to the house. Shawn gave me some suggestions and I was able to confirm what I wanted. I did have to wait a couple of months for the work to be done because they schedule jobs by location and there was also a delay due to bad weather. Crystal, in the office, kept me updated regarding the schedule and was able to answer my questions. They finished the work in a day and for the price quoted. The new steps and walk look great; I am very satisfied with the work by Letendre.

Description of Work: They were very friendly and professional and asked for a 50% deposit which I sent with signed contract. I assumed this was to hold for materials prior to starting the job. They cashed the check immediately and hadn't even called to schedule an appt. despite me asking for a date. We cancelled the contract after that incident. Never heard of anyone cashing a 'deposit' before the work had even been scheduled. Live and learn.
