Letendre came within 2 days of request to make a bid. The bid was competitive with other companies; I chose Letendre because the initial examination was thorough, the explanation clear, the timing perfect, and past Angie's list reviews were strong. Letendre came right on time, finished the work in 1/2 day, and the garage floor looks marvelous. The workmen were careful and cleanup was good. While I don't expect to need such work in the future, I would definitely contract with them if I did, and I do recommend them to others.

Letendre Concrete did a great job. Shawn was courteous, clean and kept home owner informed.

The work is beautiful, the price was right, and at all times they were prompt and professional. I'd recommend LeTendre to anyone needing concrete work.

Of three calls I made one afternoon in late January, Sean Letendre called me back first and offered to come out the following Saturday morning to look at the job and give me a bid. He was very punctual and after looking at the situation and taking measurements, he immediately wrote up a bid, explained everything that was going to be involved in performing the work, and answered all my questions. His bid was very reasonable compared to others I received and I chose him for the job. He had to wait until spring, and in late March he called to let me know they could be there a few days later. I did not need to be home. When I got home from work, the area was taped off to prevent driving/walking over the new concrete. It looked great, especially compared with the crumbling mess that was there before. I didn't mind the one set of squirrel footprints that crossed the entire length of the sidewalk and driveway. The following week Sean's crew came out to remove the wood forms that created the end edges, and the week after that Sean came out to pick up my check. Sean is extremely professional, which considering his youthfulness is extra impressive. I predict he will do well with his business. The concrete looks fantastic, and I have asked him for a bid on putting in a patio in the backyard. I would definitely hire him again.

I was immensely pleased. The workers were attentive to the details. When they weren't satisfied with it, they re-did some portions without any direction from me. I did not have to tell them that something wasn't good and they had to re-do it. The work was of absolutely good quality. They were courteous and they were significantly interested in pleasing their customer. There was one very small incident that sometimes they would show up without previously calling. They would inform me that they would finish something the next day at 10:00 and they would just show up. However, I was retired and at home which they knew. So, they may not do that in the other cases. Their price was very competitive in my limited experience with the concrete work as concrete work was not cheap. They were very competitive compared to the three other estimates that I had. They were very co-operative and full of suggestions. Mr. Shawn was a professional man. He was very courteous, kind and very attentive to the details. I would absolutely use them again in the future. I would not even seek other inputs. I liked them.

The owner came out within 1 day of calling to give an estimate. Was very polite and professional. Received the estimate within 24 hours and we accepted the bid of $2300. They came out within a couple of days and completed the job in a matter of 4 days, start to finish. The job results were better than we expected, they did a fantastic job. I would refer this company to my family/friends.

The project went well. Shawn provided a bid that was slightly higher than others, but he seemed very tuned in to what I wanted done with the job and made suggestions that would improve the final product. They completed the job in two days--and were very efficient and professional. The steps look great--and I've received many compliments on them. One small concern is that I never received the receipt I requested.

It didn't. They never showed up or called!!!

We agreed about 5 days ago to meet at my house at a specific time and day. No one showed up and no one called. I don't understand how these people stay in business. I would never work with a company which cannot meet the most simple and fundamental part of their service.

They were very hard working and kept me informed of their progress. They were able to successfully solve the problem.

Tore out old apron of caved-in driveway apron. Let the utility people and municipality engineers determine plan to support the exposed gas line. Poured concrete and cleaned up within one day of municipal engineers completion.

We received an estimate on 9/27 and the work was completed on 10/03. It was a 2 day job, which included removing and replacing a section of adjoining sidewalk and reseeding the perimeter of the driveway.

Excellent experience overall. Shawn and crew were always on time. He took the time to answer my questions and made suggestions on how best to complete the job. He and his crew had a good amount of experience (he used to work for another concrete company that has a good reputation). His price was the lowest of the two concrete quotes I received but was higher than the asphalt quote. But I preferred concrete and felt I could trust Shawn. His crew was fast and as far as I can tell (I am a novice about concrete) they did a great job. It appears they troweled all the rocks down so that the surface has a professional appearance. They brought in black dirt and grass seed to blend it with the surrounding grass and worked hard to clean up after themselves (leave no trace). They even offered to help us with spreading the extra black dirt I ordered from him so that the dirt sloped away from my house. He and his crew did all the little extras to make sure his customers are pleased with his service. I highly recommend his services.

I can't say enough about them. They went above and beyond the average person that came out to make the bid. They had no problems building to my specific requests for the project, that others companies would not meet. They tell you the truth and don't try to fool you.

Shawn and his boys did an excellent job very efficiently. I laid out basically where I wanted the sidewalks to go, but by rounding and flaring the places where the walks met the driveway, the results turned out to be pretty darn cool. Several neighbors have complimented it.

Mike came to give us an estimate when he said he would. After we chose Letendre to do the work, Shawn and crew arrived a bit past the time they'd promised but had called earlier to forewarn me. When they arrived, they set directly to work and never slowed down until the job was completed at nearly 5:00 p.m. They knocked on the door only once to request that the garage door be opened so they could use the electrical outlet. Otherwise, I would never have known they were there. The finished job looks great and I couldn't be happier. Shawn and crew are hard-working, polite and most accommodating.

Letendre concrete performed high quality professional work, and got the job scheduled and completed in a very short time frame. I am very satisfied with the new driveway, garage slab, and sidewalk.

It went very well. He did seem to have the necessary knowledge from working with his former employer, and the price he quoted $710 less than the quote from another. Shawn quoted me on a Saturday and was ready to perform the work the following week. The quality of the concrete work was excellent and the color matching of the new concrete to the city sidewalk was perfect. In places the lawn had had to be torn up a bit, but they replaced those areas with fresh black dirt and grass seed. Overall Shawn did good work and ensured that the job site was thoroughly cleaned up.

The company returned my phone call a week later. Mike came out and measured the driveway. He provided us a thorough estimate. He seems to know exactly what we want about this driveway. He is very knowledgeable. However, his price is high.

Shawn explained he was just starting his business and was honest about his past experience. He did seem to have the necessary knowledge from working with his former employer, and his price quote was competitive. He and his workers showed up on time (actually a bit early) and moved quickly. More importantly, the quality of their concrete work seems good. The color matching of the new concrete to the existing concrete driveway was something I was concerned about, but it turned out fine. They cleaned up the job site nicely. The masonry repair turned out okay. The color-matching of the new mortar wasn't perfect, although they did come back out to acid wash the area to at least try and make it blend in better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work they did.

To start with, Shawn could not find my house since he is just starting his business, I would like to suggest to him that if the address is not on Map Quest, go ahead and call the customer (in my case, my street name was misspelled, causing confusion). Once he arrived, I felt he was professional and capable, able to discuss the work that needed to be done. One disappointment was that I had asked Shawn for a referral in regards to installing a railing in the front (I thought this would be easy to do at the same time), and by the time the work was done, we had both forgotten about it. Once the work began, I was impressed with the number of guys and dedication; they seemed to know what they were doing. The work was also done more quickly than they said it would be. It looks great and we have been enjoying our patio over the summer. Also we love our new window!

Shawn arrived 15 minutes late for the quote appointment. During the quoting process he seemed knowledgeable, however his lack of significant experience led me to decide to go with a more established company since this was a very large project at my home. With the options I wanted, this companies quoted price was nearly the same as the more established company I selected.
