Good service. They took measurements, made and installed the railings. They were prompt and easy to work with.

They did a good job. Solid work. They did exactly what was proposed and got it done within a week of when I signed on to the proposal.

They are very professional, they did a great job. They were very friendly and courteous, they work was on time and installed very professionally. I would recommend them to others.

I was very pleased. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and faster than I expected. They also left me the unused paint.

It did take a while for a return call from the initial time I called, but I did not have a problem with that. Although I am not home much in the afternoon, the timing worked out great; Dan called and said he was in the area and could stop by to give me an estimate, which he did. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I believe it was Randy that did the actual installation. He did great! I think the railings looked so nice. High quality work!

I called and talked to Dave about getting an estimate for my project. He said he would stop by and take a look at my gates. I didn't hear from him for about 2 weeks. I called again and left a message for him. Dave called me back and said he was sorry it was taking so long to come look at my fence but that they were short handed. He came by and gave me an estimate of $250.00. About a week or so later, Ryan came by and fixed the gates. I appreciated getting the work done. Because this was such a small job, most of the companies I called didn't want the job.

They did very well from start to finish.

KRECH HAD TOLD US THEY WOULD INSTALL THE RAILINGS 3-4 WEEKS AFTER HE GAVE US THE ESTIMATE. A FEW DAYS LATER, WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN WE CAME HOME TO FIND TWO NEW RAILINGS ON OUR FRONT STEPS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE RAILINGS AND KRECH'S WORK. ALSO, HIS ESTIMATE WAS RIGHT ON THE DOT.

VERY SATISFIED WITH FENCE. ONLY PROBLEM (WHICH STILL REMAINS) IS THAT THE STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS AND BOLTS USED IN THE INSTALLATION WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PAINTED BLACK TO MATCH THE FENCE AFTER INSTALLATION. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SCREWS USED WERE FROM A BIN WHERE THEY HAD GOTTEN IRON DUST ON THEM. THE IRON DUST PROMPTLY OXIDIZED,COATING THE SCREWS WITH A RUSTY RESIDUE. WHEN THE COMPANY THAT KRECH HAD SUBCONTRACTED WITH TO DO THE PAINTING CAME TO DO TOUCH-UP PAINTING AND TO PAINT THE SCREWS THEY REFUSED TO DO THE SCREWS BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG TO REMOVE THE RUST RESIDUE. KRECH SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT TWO MONTHS LATER THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE IT. EXCEPT FOR THIS MINOR DETAIL THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB.
