Work commenced shortly after and the crew did an excellent job of leveling my front porch (builder did not appropriately back fill under the concrete porch). Innovative, basement authority was referred to us. JP came to our home and did the free inspection. He was very thoughtful and professional. He provided us with a quote for installing of inside drain system , new sump pump and air filtration system. We were pleased with the description and details of the products suggested. We accepted the bid and a month later the team came to our home. Within two days we had the new system installed. Everyone was great. Very attentive to our needs and desires. We would highly recommend them.

Nick, Gunnar and Jack came over to do a partial basement interior drain and sump system install that I had been waiting on getting started for several years, and they made it look nice with minimal intervention to the area. It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over! Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us. Gregg and Gunnar did a fantastic job of lifting and sealing my garage floor. After 20 years of slowly failing, sinking, and cracking, they were able to get it back to an acceptable condition. It'll never be "flat" like freshly poured concrete but, it is so much better after their work. They took the time to explain the process and also any areas where they were unable to get the slab perfectly flat again, and they explained why. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and patiently explained the process and results

It was good. They forgot to bury my sub-pump but quickly came back to resolve it.

We hired IBA to replace the main beam supporting the center of our 2.5 story home. Will, Pharoah & Noah did an excellent, efficient job and we are very happy with their work. Will provided excellent advice and advocacy based on his experience and knowledge about our type of project. Adam was our estimator and provided follow-up when we reached out to him. One issue with our project was that the material they planned to use for our project was not what was expected or had been discussed. As a result, when the workmen came to do the project we discovered the problem and had to delay one day until that could be sorted out. I noted that the contract we had signed did not specify the type of material to be used even though it had been discussed and the estimator confirmed when we reached out to him. Will advocated for us with the engineering team and got us what we wanted and what would be most durable for our home. Overall, we are happy with the work and it's a relief to not worry about the integrity of our home's structure anymore.

The entire process from the initial quote delivered by Alex Heigle to job completion was handled with a great deal of professionalism and care. The crew from the Inver Grove Heights Branch: Erik, Jeremy and Jeremiah did great work with stabilizing our sinking garage. At times they had to make course corrections to overcome issues that popped up. However all the alternatives were explained plainly and in great detail so we could make sound decisions. We were very satisfied with the quality of our newly, renovated garage foundation. We would highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority.
