The whole process went very smoothly from the beginning to the end. I connected with several of their employees through the process and everything was done in a professional manner. Two installers came right on time on a Saturday and accomplished the entire process in that day, working from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. which was fine with me. They did a great job! They took great care of my home in the process and did a good job cleaning up. I love my "new" cabinets!

I checked quality as a "B" because I could not find all the species I wanted, but it was late in the season. The plants were in excellent condition, just beautiful and healthy. In fact, their plants were the healthiest looking of any of the four places I visited. When I walked in a young knowledgable worker immediately asked if he could help. He walked around with me, making suggestions and answering questions. Their warranty is similar to others - 1 year. Their prices were excellent. The nursery assistants, check-out person, and even a manager worked to get me the best prices.

Initial sales rep who came to the house and made the sale: Excellent and helpful. Home Depot kitchen specialists: Not available and over worked. I had gone to the store 2 times only to find out that I needed to make an appointment. Contracted counter top agency: Mixed reviews. Poor customer service on the phone but responsive to complaints when I called Home Depot and asked for a different agency. Cabinet refacing contracted agency: Good job, but put on the wrong knobs. I have called twice and the worker is very nice, but I still don't have the right hardware. It also took longer than expected too.

Everyone at Home Depot was very nice. That being said, this project had MANY issues. Some because this store, and its staff are so new. Other issues were with their sub-contractor (The Crew 2, formerly ProFloor). We've submitted a separate review for them. Our issues included being overcharged by nearly $1800. We found $1000 of it and the sub-contractor found the rest. We were called three times and told our materials were available for delivery and each time there was stuff missing. When we did finally arrange a delivery date for an afternoon, I was called at work at 8am and told the delivery had to be that morning, in 20 minutes. I work 45 minutes from home. The face frame and doors for our closet were too short and had to be reordered increasing the project time by weeks. We used Home Depot so we would have one point of contact. That didn't work out either. Everyone was VERY nice and jumped right on every issue, there were just many issues! We do love the bath now.
