We hired HLL to remove mulch and replace it with larger rock. Jack and his team were amazing. They were polite, efficient and considerate. They listened to what we wanted and we are very happy with the completed project. An added bonus was the meticulous clean up after the project was completed. We highly recommend Hartigan Lawn and Landscaping.
