+ -1 moreMike was amazing to work with and I was happy with the results for what I paid. Mike charged $1 sq/ft to buff, clean, and apply 1 coat of finish and then 50cents for each additional coat of finishing. I really liked Mike's personal and no hassle personality. He didn't charge extra for filling in a handful of holes in the guest bedroom that were created by the previous owner when they installed carpet. He cleaned up previously created paint spills, and smoothed out areas of the floor that were uneven by whoever refinished the wood floors years ago. I kick myself for not getting the floors refinished earlier. They are not perfect since I didn't pay $3 sq/ft to have the floors completely sanded down to a fresh start. But they look amazing compared to how they appeared before. Mike knows what he is doing and sticks to his word on timing. I've recommended him to my friends, neighbors, and coworkers. I don't do a good job of always leaving positive reviews, but Mike completely earned this positive review.

+ -1 moreWe bought a voucher from a half-off site to have our wood floors buffed and re-coated. Mike was very personable, explained the entire process, was on time, and answered all of our questions. We only did one coat as we do not plan to stay in our current home long, and wanted the floors to look nice for resale. The floors look great, and Mike reassured us that once the floors dried, if we had any issues to give him and call and he would take care of it. Besides the hassle of moving all our furniture, our floors look and feel great, and everything was perfectly cleaned up. I will use Hardwood Revolution for any hardwood floor needs in the future.
Description of Work: We had a little less then 500 square feet of hardwood flooring slightly sanded, buffed, and re-coated.
