He and his wife stopped after he had finished his normal workday to give us an estimate for some concrete work we needed done. Another contractor had done some work a year ago that did not last. The couple from Hardline gave us an estimate but we felt we could not afford it. He spent over 45 minutes talking with us (no hi pressure talk) on what needed to be done even though he knew we couldn't afford to hire him. He was right on time, knew his product, was polite gave us alternatives . If we can possibly use his services in the future we will hire his firm to do the work. As far as a grade we would give him and his wife an " A ".

Took longer then expected to get estimate but they were lowest cost and did a good job.

Everything was perfect, and I had no complaints. They did a little more than I thought they were going to do, and I'm thrilled with the results. I'd highly recommend their services.

Early this spring I had over 50 gallons of water that I had to vacuum out of the basement. John came and looked at the situation and determined the grade of the sidewalk and garage apron was causing water from the roof of the house to flow towards the foundation. He was knowledgeable and explained in detail what caused the problem and also what could be done to prevent this from happening in the future. John is professional and VERY meticulous in finishing the cement work. He added artistic lines that curved and created a border and stained and texturized that border. He is a perfectionist which is evident in the end result. John is creative and I appreciated his suggestions which not only will keep my basement dry, but his creative work has given my house welcoming entry.
