It went great. The Hardline team was very responsive, and was able to get an inspection/estimate appointment on our calendar within a very reasonable amount of time. The bid came in, and we were able to get a start date for the project in a similarly reasonable amount of time, especially give the busy summer season. Had we been ready, Hardline would have started work a day or two early, but due to a delay on my end, they started on time, and finished on time. Project looks great and we couldn't be happier.

Great! The service & communication were great. We love the slate color and pattern. Hardline is both artistic and practical with their design. They also add re-bar for a longer lasting product.

Jon and his crew did a wonderful job. We found Jon and Brenda on Angies List. They came over on a blustery winter day to measure and make suggestions for our new patio. From the moment we met them we knew this was the company to select to install our patio. They were personable and made suggestions based on our needs. From there on everything was uneventful. Jon and his crew came as promised and the work was completed on time. We feel Jon and his crew went above and beyond to make sure all was completed to perfection. We have spent many hours on our new stamped concrete patio this summer and we have received many compliments on the work done by friends and neighbors. It is just awesome. Hardline removed all of the bad concrete added structure to the house to firm everything up and then re coated the whole house in a day and a half. It looks great! They were on time, easy to work with, went above and beyond what was written in the contract, and made sure we were happy the whole way. Easily the best home improvement experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Hardline for any concrete work.

We are very happy with the final product and very happy with the process of working with Hardline. They are punctual, neat, professional, and, most importantly to me, responsive to questions.

Result...A beautiful new concrete floor with 1/2" rebar (no more sagging and no pond) and 150% functional drain system. The Hardline crew removed our baseboard and numbered all the pieces and their locations so they could be replaced easily. I opted to replace the baseboards myself because I'm retired and have the time. Three weeks later after, I had a commercial coating applied to the new floor and the coating company complimented me/Hardline on the quality of the work. They said I'll never have garage floor problems again because of the quality of the workmanship and materials used for the new floor. I was lucky and found Hardline by chance. The concrete work went very well. The Hardline crew came in and demoed the steps as well as a couple parts of the sidewalk that had sunken in and would align with the new steps. The were very open with me about the timeline and were very friendly forthcoming to talk to when I would come out and ask questions. They completed the job on schedule and I was very happy with my results. Overall a very professional job.

Really beautiful and creative work. We are so pleased with how it turned out. The quality of work was excellent. When the old concrete was torn out we found that some of the block under the front steps had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. This was not know prior to the work starting. Jon and his team fixed the problem quickly and reasonably. He made suggestions about how we could prevent the issue from happening again. They did more than just pour a new slab, they fixed a problem and made sure it won't happen again. The team who worked on our project really seemed to enjoy their work and were very creative about how they resolved problems and created a real work of art. We have already recommended them to others who are looking to have work done.

The owner, Jon Dietrich gave us a very good bid on the job. They came on time, were very careful in removing the old concrete, their work is excellent and very precise. They kept us informed of their progress and cleaned up their work at the end. The neighbors are so impressed!

Jon and Brenda were very pleasant and responsive. They came out to our house, arrived at the time they committed to, and provided a thorough estimate for the work we were requesting. It took them a bit longer to get us the bid than we expected, and had to send a followup email to find out the status. But they responded immediately to that email, with the bid attached; so not a big deal. We ended up getting several other bids (5 in all), and Hardline Concrete's bid was very competitive with the others we received (within a couple hundred dollars). Ultimately, we decided to go with another vendor because that person had a bit more experience with stamped concrete, and came in at a lower price for the job. However, we appreciated Jon and Brenda's creative thoughts and friendly approach. We would definitely seek them out again if we were to do other projects at our house. Overall our interactions with them were very pleasant and professional.

They delivered their bid in the timeframe they said they would. We did not select Hardline to perform the work, but would definitely call them again for future work.

Hardline was able to start a week earlier than originally scheduled, and contacted me a week in advance regarding the schedule change. The crew arrived promptly on Monday morning and began work. Jon (owner) was very detailed in describing what would be completed each day and described each step of the process when I asked him questions. He was able to tell me in great detail about the city code and why particular steps were necessary, i.e. pouring the front stoop separate from the sidewalk, depth of footings and use of rebar. Jon also showed great enthusiasm for the project and seems truly passionate about what he does. He went above and beyond what was described in the quote, adding design touches that took the appearance of the house and yard into consideration. Jon and his crew were polite and professional, and cleaned the job site each day after work was completed. The job took approximately three days, even with a weather delay. Hardline communicated via email throughout the process, from quote to completion and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the job. I cannot believe the transformation of our front yard; this work has added a tremendous amount of curb appeal and value to our home. I would highly recommend Hardline to anyone looking for affordable and excellent concrete work. I will definitely be using them again.

I was very impressed with Jon's knowledge and his willingness to offer ideas on the project. We ended up coloring the concrete so it blended better with our backyard and can move into a sitting area with a fireplace pit after we take down the basketball hoop. We were extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for any concrete projects.
