+ -1 moreBuying this TV went very well. I went in the first time and the employees were so accommodating. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of at all. I had done some homework before I went so I knew a bit about what I wanted but they answered all of my questions in a straightforward, honest way. I think I went to the store 3 or 4 times before I made a decision and they were great every time.

+ -1 moreThey fulfill the promises: when we saw the same TV we bought being sold for less somewhere else, Best Buy took off the price until it was the same as the other. They are extremely helpful and friendly. I was very positively impressed with their sales crew.
