+ -1 moreAbsolutely fabulous. Adam started exactly when he said he would and finished the job in just two days. We're thrilled. Having some landscaping in the front makes a lot of difference in the house!
Description of Work: Adam edged around the back of the house and around our new deck and put in rock. In the front he added concrete bullet edging, rock and plantings. He also fixed a big dip in the front yard.

+ 0 moreADAM CANEFF IS THE SOLE PROPRIETOR OF EXTREME LANDSCAPING. HE IS A YOUNG GUY WHO HAS BEEN WORKING FOR HIMSELF FOR 3 YEARS. HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MY UNCLE WHO HAD HIRED HIM EARLIER THIS YEAR. I CALLED ADAM ON MONDAY TO EXPLAIN WHAT I WANTED DONE AND HE CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO SEE THE SITE. HE TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND DRAWINGS/NOTES OF MY REQUESTS & SAID HE WOULD HAVE A BID BY FRIDAY. ADAM CALLED WITH THE BID ON FRIDAY, & HIS PRICES WERE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN MANY OF THE LARGER & MORE ESTABLISHED LANDSCAPING COMPANIES I TALKED WITH. HE TOLD ME HE COULD START THE JOB IN 3 WEEKS & IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE. ADAM WAS TRUE TO HIS WORD AND VERY FLEXIBLE. I ASKED HIM TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP OUT TO MY HOUSE BEFORE THE JOB STARTED BECAUSE I WANTED TO MODIFY THE PLAN A BIT. HE UPDATED THE BID AND STARTED THE JOB THE DAY HE SAID HE WOULD & WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. HE THANKED ME MORE THAN ONCE FOR THE OPPORTUNITY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADAM FOR ANY LANDSCAPING JOB.
Description of Work: MY BACKYARD HAS A STEEP SLOPE GOING DOWN TO THE LAKE. I HAD 4 MAIN THINGS DONE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE HILL MORE MANAGEABLE AND MAKE THE BEACH FUNCTIONAL: REMOVED SOD AND PUT MULCH AND BOULDERS IN ITS PLACE SO THE HILL DIDN'T HAVE TO BE MOWED; INSTALLED CHILTON STONE STEPS DOWN THE HILL; ADDED A RETAINING WALL AND PAVER PATIO AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL; ADDED SAND TO THE BEACH.
