Description of Work: Jean removed trash, cleaned and painted my basement floor and steps. She also cleaned, removed old shelf paper, painted and placed new shelf paper in my fairly large kitchen pantry.

She told us how many hours and what the fee would be if we scheduled every 2 weeks. Her pricing depends on size of home/time it will take. She does a good job. She is reliable and trustworthy. I appreciate her attention to detail and good communication. She is flexible to changes in our schedule and works with us on scheduling for special events etc. I recommend her to other families looks for good, consistent quality cleaning.
Description of Work: Jean has cleaned our home every 2 weeks for the last 2 years (and continues to do so). She was recommended to me by a work colleague. Our home is an older (1932) 3BR, 2 story. It is my husband, me and a large dog--that sheds. Our cleaning includes all the basics: dusting everything, cleaning wood floors and vacuuming carpets kitchen detailing--appliance exteriors, countertops, sanitize sinks, wash linoleum floors; bathroom detailing--sanitize basins and tub, wash shower doors, mirror, all the tiles and tile floors. We also hire Jean's team for extra spring cleaning, and sometimes special event cleaning. She also does commercial cleaning. Jean provides all cleaning materials, except upright vacuum cleaner.
