I had been wanting to change flooring in my family room for years. I was too afraid to make any decision until I met Dianne and Frank. They came directly to my house. They brought samples they thought would work well in my home. It only took 2 or 3 sample tiles to find the perfect one. Dianne and Frank encouraged me to take a little time and make sure I was happy with my selection. I wasn’t pushed or hurried to make a decision. The installers were great. When they arrived they discussed with my husband our plan to use an additional liner. To our surprise, they had contacted the manufacturer and if we had used that liner it would have negated our warranty.From start to finish they did what they said they were going to do and in the timeframe stated. I would recommend CBLFloors to anyone looking for new flooring and installation.

CBL Floors was an excellent choice. My floor design using vinyl tiles was a complicated one requiring much custom fitting of individual tiles. And the subfloor required extensive repair. The work was done expertly, on time and at a reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Oksana was patient as I came back multiple times for samples and ordered larger samples of many colors and styles. Frank measured carefully and Tim was an excellent installer. I received the warranty by email and a final receipt shortly after installation.

Frank and Diane are extremely knowledgeable about flooring from carpet to hardwoods to cork. Frank helped me select the perfect carpet for a lower level family room and bedroom based on my budget and needs. CBL has access to thousands of high quality flooring options with personalized service. The install went very smooth and was excellent quality. CBL even arranged for extra help to move 2 large heavy wood bookcases that I was not able to move prior to the instillation. Choose CBL if you want personalized service from knowledgeable flooring professionals, top notch instillation at a reasonable price!

They exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I couldn't have asked for a better provider. We were leaning toward one style of shades and through their experience they directed us toward another style, which was actually a better value, because they knew it would look better in our application.

As DIYers you often dont receive a lot of assistance or service when looking to buy product only. Not so at CBL. Even when we found the same product elsewhere for slightly less, the experience working with the folks at CBL was worth the extra few dollars. Even though this time we were flooring the smallest room in the house, you wouldnt know it based on the customer service we received.

Carpets installed 3 years ago showed signs of wear. Frank helped us successfully file a claim with the manufacturer. CBL showed great loyalty to us as customers. We recommend them highly with anyone who needs flooring.

The vinyl and carpet installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed the product in fairly small rooms with a lot of cut-ins and obstacles. Diane at CBL helped us pick out flooring and the customer service we received was outstanding. We will definitely be using CBL again for more flooring in our house. Just a note...plan your project in advance as CBL custom orders most of their flooring, and they have limited items available in their warehouse.

Went great from beginning to end. Carpet layer Ryan had installed the original carpet for the company in 2010. He returned and was able to match where the carpet had been cut off (where the water had stopped backing up) perfectly. He is a magician. I have used this company at least 3 times over the years and have not been disappointed.

This service went very smooth from the beginning. I went into the showroom and I was not sure on what carpet I wanted. Diane was wonderful and even ordered samples for me and my decorator who lives in another state. Diane helped me pick the perfect pad, not by price, but by feel. She placed the three pads under carpet and didn't let me know which one was which. This was excellent. I did pick a nice upgraded pad, but not the most expensive pad. They were able to tear out my old carpet a few days earlier than planned. I asked for a small cut out section to be left for my utility room, not only did they leave it, they carried it downstairs for me.

A flaw was discovered in the carpet after installation. There was never any question that it would be replaced. It is being completely replaced, at no cost, in the next couple of weeks. Frank & Diane Hanzal are wonderful to work with! I recommend them if you want truly personal service, and expertise.

I would highly recommend them. It's owned by a husband and wife team. They are phenomenal. When you go into the store, you are greeted by the owners. They are very family oriented. When I brought my husband back to look at the final carpet samples, they were serving cookies and coffee. It's a small business that treat you like family. It's just a small facility that is kept up clean. They have adequate samples, and if they don't have the sample of the color that you want, they will obtain it for you. What I like the most about it was I had told them that we were replacing carpets in the area because the carpets that we have was Berber and they kept out running. So, I wanted to make sure that they were detail oriented and how they were gonna seam it. He explained it to me and told me why the other one was running. I didn't go with another Berber, but what he told me made more sense than anybody else and they did an excellent job.

Diane Hansel, the owner, visited our home to help us pick out our flooring and also paint colors. she also visited a 2nd time to help choose vinyl because what we picked in the store turned out to be to costly for us. She is excellent to work with. Very conscience of our need to stay within budget etc. The installer, Tim, did an incredible job. He took a day longer then planned but we also added a few things to the original plan. Our floors are just beautiful and I will refer all my friends to CBL Floors.

Lindsey's staff is very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. We enjoyed working with them. It was our decision to delay purchasing carpeting at this time--we will talk to them in the future.

Showroom has many samples to choose from. Company has been in business for over 30 years. Carpet was installed exactly as planned, installer was on time. Furniture movers were excellent. Price was below estimate. We plan to hire CBL Floors again in the near future for hardwood floors and countertops.
