A Clear Pane

I had a groupon for A Clear Pane and made an appointment for them to clean my windows. I left work early on the day of the appt and they never showed up. I emailed and called them and 24 hourse later still have not heard from them. I got my refund from Groupon and would never do business with A Clear Pane again.

A Clear Pane became a Clear PAIN. I purchased a Groupon to have 25 internal or external windows cleaned with a set price for additional panes. A few things about their website, they state the following: "You want a professional in your beautiful home who is client centered, someone who can promptly answer your questions or any concerns you might have, return your calls and who arrives at your home as scheduled. First of all, we value and respect your interest and time. We return ALL phone calls the same day they come in - that's a promise." Several months after purchasing my Groupon I was now ready to redeem. As directed by the Clear Pane website I called Brandon Myhre. His voicemail instructs you to send an email with your information. An email was promptly sent to him which included my name, address, phone number, number of windows and that I had a groupon voucher. I also stated that the best way to get in contact with me was by calling my cell phone. He sent back an email from his iphone the following day. An appointment was scheduled for 9.19.12 at 4pm. I responded stating that I needed to leave that day at 5pm. He said that was not going to be a problem. On 9.19.12 I scheduled my day around the 4pm window cleaning appointment. After waiting for him to arrive and getting a little impatient as I had told him I needed to leave at 5, I checked my emails. Brandon sent an email at 3:10 stating that he had experienced a "spill" the day before and was still feeling the effects. He wants to reschedule for Saturday at noon. I am okay with that as I can understand that you can not predict accidents and I had been initially a little concerned that he would not be able to get all the windows done prior to it getting dark out. I just wish he would have called or at least sent the email that morning. I sent him a response the following day letting him know that I would have appreciated a phone call as I do not have a smart phone or a phone that gets my emails. I told him that on Saturday I had something going on in the morning and would not be home until after noon. He responded that he would be here at 1pm. All these emails after I have know told him twice that I prefer the phone call. His phone only goes to voice mail. Saturday 1pm rolls around. Brandon does not show, does not send an email, does not call. Finally at 2:32pm I sent him an email stating that I am assuming he is not going to be showing today to do the windows and that I am leaving to run errands. It is now Monday and I have not received any kind of response from Brandon. I sent an email to Groupon and they have refunded me with Groupon bucks to use towards a future purchase - I would rather have my money back. Warning: their website is very well written (must have hired a professional to create it) but they neglect to follow thru on the promises they make. They are not professional, punctual nor do they respect your time.
