Kraig was professional from start to finish. I emailed him my to do list and he came back with a quote. On our scheduled day, he even notified me that he would be 10 minutes late, which was just fine with me. He worked efficiently and quietly and cleaned-up after himself, even taking garbage with him. I wont' hesitate to hire him again.

651 Handyman was very prompt in returning my messages and showing up on the date we had arranged. He efficiently fixed what was in his realm (the ceiling fan issue will require an electrician), explaining to me what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it. It was nice to have a detailed explanation. In addition, he answered my questions without making me feel like I was stupid for asking. I appreciated the attention he gave to his work and will definitely call him again.

Kraig was very responsive and promptly provided an estimate. He did very good quality work for the amount agreed upon. I would definitely hire him again.

it worked out ok. We had them adjust another storm door in our house and they almost nailed us on that one, but it was not part of the package we bought. They were competent and did the job quickly but I would have been more impressed if they had turned around and given us a good deal on the second one. They were professional.

Came to house for free estimate, and worked hard to fit me into schedule as we were preparing house to sell soon. He was honest about what he could and could not do. When we realized the ceiling was worse than thought at first, he was honest and did not charge me, even though he had been to our home twice. I liked the idea of a flat rate per-hour fee for doing our to-do list. Would hire again.

The team was prompt, professional and friendly with a can-do, problem solving attitude. They were able to adapt and install 3 different screen doors in our temperamental 100-year-old home. It was pretty good. Price was very good. Their response was very good. They were very responsive. They showed up exactly on time. They could have spent a little bit more time to explain more details. They were good but they should focus on perfection.

They were great! I needed the work done quickly as I had painters coming in a few days, they fit me in their schedule within 24 hours of my call. The technician was on time, knowledgable and friendly. She cleaned up after the job was done and also offered to help me with another problem at my house. I will definitely call them again!

I contacted Kraig back in early Oct to see if this would be the kind of work he'd be willing to take on. I have some mobility issues and have difficulty navigating the ladder of the garage attic. He said he was willing to do the job and stopped over within a couple days of my inquiry to take a look at the scope of what I wanted done. I had saved practically every box from every small household appliance and electronic gadget purchased over the years, and those boxes needed to be collapsed and hauled off. We set a date, but I had to reschedule due to a work conflict. Found another date a few weeks later, and he and his sister, Jenny showed up at the appointed time. Jenny was the technician for this project. She got right up in the attic and she'd show me items, allowing me to identify what to keep or discard. The discard stuff came down into the garage and the keep stuff was organized on the shelves in the attic. I helped her break down the boxes, while she continued to organize the attic. Once all the boxes were broken down, there was a huge pile of packing styrofoam/materials in the garage, and Kraig came back and helped Jenny clean up that pile, load up their trailer/truck and clean up the garage floor. I would never have been able to do all this myself, and it took about 3 hours. The cost includes the dump fees. I felt it was worth every penny. Both Jenny and Kraig were a pleasure to deal with and I will be using this company again for handyman projects around my house. It's nice to find good help and support local business folks.

Kraig and his sister/assistant did an exceptional job of installing both front and back doors along with both storm doors. Both of the main doors were pre-hung and the job was completed within a reasonable period of time and on schedule. His services were both professional and done with skilled quality. He was respectful and other than doors being opened now and then, you hardly knew they were here working. It is nice to have a handyman to call on when needed. We've already discussed a couple of other to-dos. He even told us cheaper ways to get one of the projects done even though he was willing. Honest and having the client's best interest at the fore front are rare qualities today. Kraig will be our first call for future projects. We highly recommend him to friends, neighbors, and all. Couldn't be happier with Kraig. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry. That means a lot to me. Had asked another handyman to come out to take a look at the job. He did, and I never heard from him again after he told me he'd put together a quote and schedule the job. It was easy to schedule the job with Kraig. He actually charged less than the original quote. He was very punctual when he came to do the job. He clearly knows what he is doing. I don't think you can go wrong hiring Kraig.

They called and were able to come early. When getting to our house, he immediately started. He also gave his perspective on a crack on the frame. Instead of replacing the whole thing, he cauked it and installed the storm door. He was nice, friendly, and professional. Would totally use 651-handyman again.

Kraig did some drywall patch work and also fixed a light fixture and a door.

Kraig was timely in fact a few minutes early and immediately asked for the 'To Do List' Which I proceeded taking him on the task tour. He went to work and had the tasks completed within my allotted time frame. Also one of the wall hangings I forgot about mentioning during the tour which I am thankful and grateful that he noticed and did ask the question. Although he could not repair one of the toilets, I greatly appreciate the fact that he had a recommendation for a plumber and he sent the contact information to me electronically which is my personal preference. Kraig is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have already scheduled an appointment for additional home improvement projects. I highly recommend Kraig at 651-Handyman! Kraig is great. He does the job right and he works quickly. He shows up on time and has always come in priced at or below my expectations.

It went extremely well and I will use Kraig again. He was on time (actually early) and then we went through my list and some of the additional things too. He did the things he could that were quick repairs and we discussed the things that would take more time and money, such as repairing the fence gates and putting up the ceiling fan. I will definitely use him again. He was very very helpful.

He responded promptly to our initial contact and gave us an estimate the next day. He had to order the fan so the work was delayed but he arrived when expected on the follow-up date we agreed on. Finished the work quickly. The fan works fine, the door is now functional, and the extra railing looks great. We are very pleased with our experience with this provider.

From the initial discussion of my project(s) to the work completion, this was a very positive experience, with the work being done in a timely way at an affordable cost. I had a range of random projects to be done, getting ready to put my townhouse on the market. A couple of them were things I'd put off for years, not knowing which kind of home improvement professional to seek out. Kraig responded quickly to my initial message and set up a quick time to come view the projects. One thing he fixed during that visit, but needed to come back to do the others (as they involved painting). He got me scheduled within a couple weeks, was on-time and got things done quickly. I also appreciate the easy-to-understand explanation he gave. Now it'll be a lot easier for me to get these things done in the future because I know exactly who to call!

Called Kraig one morning and left a message on his cell phone. Withing 1 hour he returned my call and made arrangements to look at the deck that afternoon. H e arrived right on time and provided us with an estimated cost which I accepted and arranged a date to have the work done. On the appointed date (there was no particular time involved) Kraig appeared ready to work. He completed the job in good time and his final cost was less than expected I think that is rare. The only evidence of him being here is the appearance of the new boards. Completely cleaned up the work site. Very good job.
