Description of Work: He came and did a bunch of odd jobs around the house. He was wonderful. He fixed some weather stripping and hung some difficult pictures. He did a great job. He was also very timely. He fixed a difficult light in the garage.

Description of Work: I have this scheduled for the 7th -- he was quick to respond to my inquiry (even on a Sunday). He gave a price, which was a bit higher than I would like to pay but I also need it done and he has good reviews, so scheduled it. I will update my ratings after the service.

Description of Work: He replaced damaged Masonite siding with new Masonite. He was very good doing this job. He described items that would require the services of an electrician and secured a bowed deck board, and these were items that were not on his list of things to do! This took him about 1 1/4 days.

Description of Work: Removed and re-installed a towel bar. Mudded the holes from the original installation. Installed an 8 foot Rubbermaid Fast Track rail. Removed broken hinges from the door to a lazy susan cupboard. Found replacements for the hinges on the Internet and ordered them.

The person who answered the phone was VERY helpful and pointed me very strongly at going to the place I buy the flooring for the install. He wanted to save me money. Nice. His honesty about this will cause me to use him in the future.
