The technicians at Shannon's, Inc., are always fantastic, and this instance was no different. The technician arrived right when he said he would, he was polite and professional, and he got to work right away. He listened well to what we were saying, and he found the most economical way to fix our furnace while giving us the option to purchase a new part to have on hand if any issues arise in the future.

They are fantastic to work with. They come prepared and do a good job. They technicians that come are very well trained and always come on time. We have used them for plumbing, installing an air circulation unit, etc. They also checked our furnace and air conditioner.

Went well, the technician arrived the same day, the drain was flowing within an hour.

Everything was excellent. They had some difficulty removing the old pipe because of the way it was installed. That took about 3 hours but they did it. They did this work prior to a re-roofing project I was about to have done so the sealing on the roof surface was quite important. They did an excellent job with the entire process.

Thay came out and fixed it. They were on time and did excellent work. I have not had any problems since they have fixed it and I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.
