Greg was very informative and a pleasure to speak with. He walked me through my options, answered my questions without technical jargon and was not pushy. After I decided on a system, Greg came back to walk me through the paperwork & called to get installation scheduled. Before he left I knew my installation date/time and the name of the installer (Warren). The day of the installation Warren arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He estimated it would take about an hour. He was friendly and so efficient that the install was completed in roughly 45 minutes. He then took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked, the type of salt to buy in the future & answer my questions. My entire experience with Tri County Water was excellent. Greg & Warren are both extremely knowledgeable and customer focused.

It works fine. They are a good company. It is by monthly payments. I think it was $6 a month for the lease to own for the water softener.

Jason Anglin from Tri County Water Conditioning did an excellent job in helping us analyze our water and then get an appropriate system installed for both drinking water and for softening the water in the whole house. There were several options in the strength of the softening system, as well as payment options, and Jason was informative, professional, and helpful in working with us. There was no sales pressure and no pushing. He spent the time with us that we needed, to get all our questions answered. We chose a reverse osmosis system for drinking water, and it has been working great for us (and tastes wonderful too). The Ecowater softening system has also been working as they promised. The first salt delivery was smooth and easy. Absolutely no problems. We're very happy and would strongly recommend this company and Jason!
