Came out and did the work at our rental condo. Work was fine but charged $400 for a faucet! I looked up the faucet price-$67! This is a condo worth $100K. I will NEVER use them again. I called to complain and they would not budge on faucet, said it included installation.

The serviceman showed up early and performed the work on the furnace showing competence and friendliness.

They did a good job I am pleased with their service.

Punctual technician. Very friendly. Used shoe covers and plastic sheeting to protect floors. Install a new pump and gave instructions on how it differed from previous one.

Of four companies I contacted they were the most prompt in submitting a bid and it was the most detailed.They were on time in doing the work in the manner they stated no hidden charges even after performing a little extra. They cleaned up when finished too.

We have been using them for a couple year now. Scheduling usually is perfect. I like the technician they send out here and he is very honest. His name is Bill. I trust that he is not out here to make money, he is truly trying to make the customer happy. I have been very happy with them.

They are local. They are also prompt, very trustworthy and reliable. Very reasonable rates. I have used them off and on for about three years. This is definitely a company I would recommend to others.

THE COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE, HAD SOMEONE OUT VERY QUICKLY. THE PLUMBER HIMSELF CALLED ME AT WORK TO LET ME KNOW WHAT THE CHARGES WOULD BE BEFORE HE DID THE WORK. I HAD A HUGE ISSUE WITH WHAT THEY CHARGED TO REPLACE MY FAUCET, ESPECIALLY SINCE I SUPPLIED THE NEW FAUCET. THE PLUMBER SAID THERE WASN'T MUCH HE COULD DO SINCE HE JUST USES A RATE CHART, HE DOESN'T DETERMINE THE RATES. I CALLED THE COMPANY AFTER RECEIVING MY BILL TO ARGUE THAT $205.56 WAS OUTRAGEOUS TO SIMPLY REPLACE A FAUCET. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY BILL. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
