A crook. Took my money and left. Never came back to remove trees.

Tim was very personable and engaging. He took down a 75FT ash tree. He had removed all the brush and a lot of the logs. I had most of the trunk and a lot of logs were left in my front yard to be removed. He made me a deal for payment in cash and I made the mistake of paying him in full that night thinking all he had to do is clean up my front yard and he would be done. Well, after he was paid I never saw him again. I tried calling him numerous of times wanting to know when he would finish the job he was paid for. After many calls I finally talked to Tim on a Monday and he said he would come over Thursday or Friday first thing. Again I never saw him again and he will not return my calls. I now had to pay someone else to do what I already paid Goettle tree service to do. The moral of the story, no matter how personable a person may seem do not trust them.

Prompt response to my inquiry. Kept me informed of their schedule, and when they would be coming to my house. Trees look great. Can't wait to see what they look like once they leaf out next spring.

I hired Goettl Tree Service during the first week of December 2023. I put out a Work Order per Angie's and was contacted by Tim Goettl. Tim was out to look at the Tree Trimming Project that I needed to have done in less than 24hrs and gave a Bid and time period in which the job could be done. I also had some other Tree Services give me Bids for the Job on hand and found Goettl Tree Service to be the best Tree Service for the job. I was able to work out a project date to have the work completed and it was Done & Completed on December 8, 2023. I was very satisfied with the Tree Service and Job Performance provided for my Tree Trimming Project. I will use Goettl Tree Services in the future and would recommend them to Friends & Family. Mr. Goettl did good work for us. However, that evening after he left, our neighbors came over and asked about who did our tree work. It seemed they had run into and broken the deck on their house. When we first called Mr; Goettl he denied it. He later called back and said that his girlfriend had hit the deck. He offered to send US a check to give to our neighbors without even discussing cost or talking to them. We gave them our neighbors name and number. This happened in June. It is now October. Or neighbors have stii not heard from Mr Goettl.

Called me very soon after I entered my search for a tree trimmer. Came out the next day and gave me a quote. Arranged a time that worked for both of us. Did a very good job. Clean up was excellent. I thought the price was very reasonable. Tim was polite and professional. Couldn t be happier with the job.
