+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. He seemed to be very diligent in trying to find the source of the problem. He really spent a lot of time analyzing it and trying different things and testing different things to determine what the issues where. I really have no complaints. I strictly used him for water softener. Actually, I contacted him because he was on a list as an authorized seller and service person of that particular brand.
Description of Work: Basically, he was analyzing problems with pressure and water softener performance.

+ -1 morePerfect, done as supposed to. Plumbed kitchen sink, dishwasher, disposal and a few other things.
Description of Work: I am a general contractor. I had Roger look over a basement we were converting into a mother-in-law apartment with a full kitchen. Roger made an appointment with the homeowner, arrived promptly and proceeded to run over the scope of the plumbing with the homeowner. Roger went over the project comprehensively and missed nothing, so no surprises or guess work down the road. The project was completed in time and handled professionally. I
