I am a master electrician and I have high standards. I wanted an experienced knowledgeable installers. I wanted quality equipment. Ray is the owner.He did an outstanding job. The service was excellent. He explained the system and helped us to set it up. I highly recommend them.

All went very well the service was done when scheduled and done very professional.

I live in North Minneapolis, and I like living in North Minneapolis. However, Schmidt Security has done an immeasurable amount towards making me feel safe in my neighborhood. They did a great job installing a system that met my needs, and in 6 years I haven't had any issues with the monitoring. At one point there was a glitch with my control panel, and they were very responsive. Someone came out almost immediately and fixed the issue at no cost to me. Given the quality of their work and the very competitive price of the monitoring, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better value in the Twin Cities.

Schmidt Security Systems were punctual and did a great job of installing my system and cleaning up after themselves. They also explained my system to me on how it worked. I will use them again if needed.

Schmidt arrived early as they had stated. Two men came in with material and each man did the work within two and a half hours, which was less then quoted. We filled out all paperwork and then they went through and explained, twice, the workings of the security system. The job went smoothly from start to finish.

Ray was THE GREATEST! He made me feel both safe and secure. He explained every detail of what he would be doing and never made me feel foolish when I kept asking questions. He helped me understand what my options were with a home security system. He never tried to sell me things I didn't need. In fact, I decided to do one extra thing that he insisted wasn't necessary (but it made me feel better.) He has been SO flexible with instillation. He is always available when I have a question. I am SO pleased to have gone with this company, to have chosen to work with Ray.

WE HAD OPTED TO NOT USE THE SYSTEM THE 2ND YEAR WE WERE THERE. MATT HAD QUESTIONS A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.

SCHMIDT SECURITY HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY GREAT TO WORK WITH. I'M A RETIRED POLICE OFFICER and I AM FAMILIAR SOMEWHAT WITH THESE SYSTEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND SCHMIDT TO ANYONE! ONLY CHARGED FOR 1 SERVICE CALL INSTEAD OF 2.
