+ -1 moreBRIAN CAME WITH ALL THE MATERIALS HE NEEDED AND LEFT ME WITH ANY MATERIALS BOUGHT FOR THE JOB THAT HE DID NOT USE. HE DID QUALITY WORK, QUICKLY BUT HIS WORK WAS EXCELLENT. A TERRIFIC, INNOVATIVE, SKILLED CRAFTSMAN. HE IMPRESSED ME WITH THE THOROUGHNESS OF HIS EXAMINATION OF WHAT HAD TO BE DONE AND GAVE VERY GOOD EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT HE WOULD DO TO CORRECT SEVERAL MAJOR DEFECTS IN OUR DECK.
Description of Work: LAST FALL BRIAN BROWN MADE THE LOWEST OF THREE BIDS, ALL FROM COMPANIES LISTED IN ANGIE'S LIST. IN FACT, HIS BID WAS ABOUT HALF THAT OF THE HIGHEST BID.

+ -1 moreHE SHOWED UP AND WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, HE CALLED BACK VERY PROMPTLY. HE CAME OUT AND TOOK A LOOK AT THE JOB A FEW TIMES BEFORE TAKING IT ON, SO HE REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS GETTING INTO. HE DID BEAUTIFUL WORK, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT THE PORCH WAS HALFWAY DEMOLISHED AND PUT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. HE REALLY MADE AN EFFORT TO HELP ME SAVE MONEY BY RE-USING MATERIALS AND NOT BEING WASTEFUL. HE ALSO OFFERED ADVICE FOR DOING SOME OF THE WORK MYSELF SO I COULD SAVE MONEY, HE DID SOME OF THE HARDER PARTS AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO THE REST. IT WAS REALLY A WONDERFUL SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND I AM USING HIM FOR OTHER WORK.
Description of Work: HE TOOK APART MY WHOLE PORCH AND REBUILT IT TO SOLVE LEAKING PROBLEMS.
