I wish I could give Precise Exteriors 10 stars. We called them after a hailstorm caused damage to our roof, gutters, and siding. They advocated for us in the insurance claims process to ensure we received everything we were entitled to and put in extra time on several occasions to make sure we understood our options and explain exactly what we were paying for. When their roofing team uncovered preexisting damage under our shingles, they went above and beyond to cure the issue, working with our local building inspector and insurer to avoid what could have been a huge out of pocket cost. The work they completed at the end of all this was extremely high quality. Shout out to DJ and Doug for providing us the best customer service we have ever experienced.

They showed up on time and completed the work by days end. Cleanup was excellent. Other than a roof and skylights that don't leak anymore, you would never know they were there! Doug is great to work with and we will definitely work with him in the future.

The job could not have been done any better. They were on time and completed repairs fast and professionally. I was amazed at the quality of work performed. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I will be using Precise Exteriors to do my windows next year because I know it will be done right.
