Stephen was available to come and give a quote on the day I called. As soon as he came, he very professionally measured all areas of the decking, noticed any problem areas and was very very understanding when I advised that we were under time pressure and the we needed the decking to be safe for when my mom returned from hospital, Stephen was here to do the job and finish the job....giving priority as needed for her safety. Pricing was very fair and Stephen was a consumate professional and I would readily recommend him to anyone needed decking work done. Thank you Stephen, this will not be the last you hear from us.

From the first time Stephen came out for a quote he was very professional and explained in detail what was to be done and answered all my questions. We did have many rainy days which delayed the work but that is to be expected. He completed the job in a timely fashion and it looks absolutely beautiful both the fence and the front of my house. I would be happy to work with Stephen again as I do have a deck that will need to be done next year. I highly recommend Stephen for his great customer service and attention to detail in his work.

We have a sizable wooden privacy fence that was starting to show wear â the thought of washing, sanding and staining both sides by myself was daunting. Deck Pros was the first to respond and did a site visit same-day (on a weekend). Stephen is meticulous and the work was thorough. He had us inspect his work after each day to ensure we were happy before he left. Also good communication as we had to work around some weather. Fence looks great and my wife and I agree it was money well spent!

Stephen takes pride inthe work he completes. The schedule was delayed mostly due to weather, but also the demands on his time (another busy year). However, there was clear communication and timeline expectations provided. Great attention to detail and willingness to be flexible and meet customer needs. Stephen has competitive prices and a great work ethic - highly recommended.

Very easy to deal with. Pricing was fair, our deck required a lot of sanding in addition to pressure washing to prep for the new stain. Some extra time was needed because of rain & high humidity but the job got done and we are very happy with it.
