After contacting him, I received a prompt text and scheduled an appointment that same day, and he came the next day. Richard Paul came to my home, and it was so convenient! His price for the repair ($76) was lower than other places quoted. Not only did he fix my phone, he also gave me advice on what new iPhone case to buy and threw in a new glass screen protector. He also let me know that his work was backed by several guarantees.
Description of Work: I dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen cracked.

Rick came right out to our house the same day we called him. He was honest, knowledgeable and very patient in answering questions. Unfortunately, the phone had too much water damage and wasn't worth repairing. I would call Rick for any future phone repair needs.
