He examined the system, asked some questions, offered some maintenance tips, and advised me that I could keep the system going by replacing parts as necessary. Replacement could be an option, but isn't required. I asked how he and the Comfort Plus staff would go about replacing the main pump, if that became necessary. He described how they would be able to do it (if necessary) with a new motor and pump assembly. That was some good, old-fashioned advice: if you don't need to replace the system, and you don't want to upgrade it, you have the option to keep it running. It was good news, too; I'm more into maintenance than replacement or upgrading at this point in my life, so it's good to know that that's an option, and who to call when major maintenance is needed.

Excellent service with a pleasant technician. We called the emergency NO HEAT number at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. The technician arrived at 10:15 pm. The ignition relay on our 17 year old furnace was out. The technician had a replacement part in the van and as he installed it, he explained to me the different parts of the furnace, how it works, and given its age, what to look for if it ever goes out again. He explained how the different components fail and how much it would cost to replace the different parts when/if they do fail.

This is the 5th time I have used this company. They do an excellent job. I tried 2 other companies, but they are only interested in selling me a new furnace, not maintaining the furnace I have. It is a Singer that was installed when the house was built. Biggest negative is that they are expensive, but I would rather pay more for good service than try to save money. I already tried that and it did not work.

I didn't think I could get anyone to come out the week between Christmas and New Years to fix my in-floor heating. I called several places rated highly on Angie's List and every one was busy till after the new year. Comfort Plus came out the next day and was very nice. I asked all kind of maintenance questions and Mike was very helpful. When I found out that they repaired air to air exchangers I asked him if he could tell me why we had so much condensation. He said the intake and output air were turned around and fixed that for me while he was out. I was very pleased with Comfort Plus. I will definitely use them again.

The only issue with the whole process was the upgrade of the entire control system which is the manufacturer's doing and not Comfort Plus Heating and Cooling.

The rep was on time, looked at our current furnace, evaluated the house for size of new furnace (measured windows, doors, etc.) and recommended an 80,000 BTU furnace to replace the current 19-year-old 100,000 BTU furnace. He was very knowledgeable. His price was a little higher than the other two we got, but ultimately we chose a different company because of the brand of furnace they provided. We would definitely call him again for future needs.

EXCELLENT. OF THE THREE COMPANIES THAT BID ON THE REPLACEMENT THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT ACTUALLY WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE, MEASURED ROOMS AND GAVE ME A SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATION BASED ON MY NEEDS. THE OTHER 3 COMPANIES JUST SAT IN THE KITCHEN AND HANDED OUT BROCHURES.

They arrived early (calling first to make sure it was OK). Service man was clean, did make a mess in the room where the fireplace is, was polite, and seemed thorough.

Called for an estimate. Company representative was prompt, courteous,and very knowledgeable. He answered many questions about their product and what would be best for us. Chose another company due to product choice.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PERSON EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO FIX IT. HE ALSO PRESENTED DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THEY WERE NOT PUSHY AND THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT DID THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME IN AND FINISH THE WORK IN ONE DAY. THE INSTALLERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE BOTH VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

THE TECHNICIAN TOOK TIME TO CLEAN AND OIL THE FURNACE. MORE THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY HAS DONE. I CAN RECOMMEND THEM COMPLETELY.

ALL CONCERNED POLITE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE.

COMFORT PLUS HAS PROVIDED SERVICE TO US FOR 14 YEARS. THEY HAVE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED NEW FURNACES IN BOTH OF OUR HOMES AND WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
