Pat and Doug are very nice people. I was impressed by their seeming attention to detail when I hired them. After the first time they cleaned, I asked them to change the way they cleaned the wood floors and a few other things. I think that's normal anytime you hire a cleaning person/team, and they were very amenable to my requests. I travel and am gone quite a bit, so most of the time I wasn't home when they cleaned. I came home on Sept 12th, a day after they cleaned my house for the last time. My mother had been staying with me and made some comments to me about her observations. She told me that she had opened the side door and there was an incredible amount of water on the wood floor, so much so that it concerned her. That was one of the issues I had with them that I thought we had straightened out - not using so much water. Upon further inspection, I noticed many other things. They did not clean the main bathroom toilet or tub. The toilet had a dirty ring in it and dust on the tank lid. I discovered that the guest room nightstand hadn't been dusted in a long time. The only thing they dusted in the livingroom was the front of the tv stand. They actually dusted around two remotes that were sitting on it. They didn't clean any of the endtables (one was glass), and they cleaned the floor around the ottoman, after I had asked them to clean under all of the furniture on the wood floor. They mopped around the kitchen rugs (again after I had asked them to pick them up and clean under them). I could list more things, but I think I've painted the picture that I wanted to. I feel a little deceived. The last time they were at my house for a little over an hour, with many things left undone, and many things done the way I had asked them not to do them. I hired them because of all the great reviews on Angies List, but in my opinion they did not live up to what was said about them.

Excellent. Living in the middle of a big renovation can really get the family feeling down after a month or so. This cleaning was just what we needed. People who worked in our home could not have been nicer. Their work was excellent!

FABULOUS! I was in need of cleaners to do the move out cleaning of our large home. They were extremely flexible in fitting us in and came well prepared with cleaning equipment and supplies. They even cleaned my ceiling fans that had accumulated a lot of dust. I am in my new house and planning to call and set up some more services. This is a professional and quality business!

Freaky Clean are ROCK STARS! I've been getting a monthly cleaning for the past 4 months or so. They do a FANTASTIC job cleaning my home. This husband and wife team are fast, efficient, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I've hired a lot of services through Angie's List and I would say these are the best of them all. I'm thinking of decreasing my cleaning interval from 4 to 3 weeks. Love them!

Pat and Doug were fantastic!! I am a new stay-at-home mom who has gotten quite behind in the "deep cleaning" of my main level (where we basically live all day!). I needed some help getting into the nitty-gritty of the dirt in my kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. Freaky Klean not only met my expectations due to their high grades on Angie's Lists, but absolutely exceeded them. They came into my home with smiles and took the time to introduce themselves and asked for details on how I like my home cleaned. They even made sure to see if there were any allergies in my household that they should be aware of as they worked with their cleaning products. With kids in the home, I really appreciated them asking. I was quite embarrassed that I hadn't done deep cleaning in quite some time, but they were so kind and non-judgemental and that really put me at ease. They then took their time in each room to make sure everything was done well. They did an amazing job. At my request, Pat even took time when they were done to talk me through what regular cleaning sessions would entail and gave me a very reasonable quote. I wish I could give Freaky Klean a grade higher than an A. Can they add an A++ to Angie's List? ;)

I remember that there were 4 people that showed up including the owner. She needed the extra help at the time because she was still recovering from a surgery. I was also recovering from back surgery, and I needed this service, because I could do little to clean the house myself. Very personable, and professional. They asked questions about how and where we wanted the cleaning, and then they went about doing it with no interruptions. The house was cleaned the way I expected it to be. Excellent service all around! I requested that they wash wood floors by hand (versus mop), also requested vacuuming furniture weekly - some unique requests. They provide their own eco-friendly products and really go above and beyond. They have even voluntarily brought their carpet vacuum in the past to remove spots from our bedroom rug. Full scale service ranges from bathrooms, all floors, dusting to specialty requests such as windows etc.

It is wonderful when an initial phone call is as good as the service a company provides. They arrived as planned, listened carefully to what I wanted them to do, asked great questions, and then set about the task of cleaning the house. It was obvious that they did not cut corners. I could tell that they had dusted everything because items were shifted and surfaces were clean. They were careful not to break anything as well. The carpet has never looked so nice. I had to laugh because I pride myself on creating orderly vacuum lines, but I have never been able to make it look like that. In addition to cleaning very well, Pat made some suggestions for how to take care of things to make them last. Since we recently moved in, I was grateful for her advice. It is obvious that she knows her stuff. I enjoyed meeting her and Doug and imagine that we will have a great relationship for years to come. Their price is fair as well, especially given the quality job they do. I am so glad I hired them!

Very courteous and professional company. I needed to have a move-in-clean for new tenants moving in to my twinhome. After checking Angie's list, I contacted Freaky Clean and spoke directly with Pat. She was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed. Besides cleaning they also do carpet cleaning, which is something I also needed to have done, and was happy I didn't have to look for another company and co-ordinate schedules. She has cleaned the home both when I have been home and when I have not. I have been happy with the quality in both cases. She is always responsive if there is something I want done additionally or differently- for example I have a baby crawling around so have asked for only vinegar/water washes on the hardwood floors rather than her usual cleaning solution. Pat has also been flexible with our cat and child leaving extra "surprise" messes that sometimes I did not even know existed! She finds extra things to do if she finishes more quickly, such as cleaning things intermittently that don't need to be done every 2 weeks per se but should not be let to go forever (like windowsills, etc.). There are 2 other people that work with Pat sometimes, but she is always there personally as well. One of the people that works for her has also done some odd jobs like fixing a dryer duct which he discovered had been repaired improperly by the prior owner while cleaning it on the initial clean. I believe the pricing is competitive though since we just moved to the area and she is the first person we have used for this service I am not totally able to comment on that.

Freaky Klean cleans our home every three weeks. They have been cleaning our home for about a year and have done an excellent job. Our tile in our master bath always looks great. They clean our wood floors better than we have every had them done before. Great service!

They use a steamer which does a great job. Always punctual and professional. Pat & Doug provide a great service and are very reasonably priced.
