Matthew did a great job bidding the project. He was on time for the consult and clearly communicated the cost and timing. The install was done on schedule. Very professional work, the gutters look great, job site was cleaned up. We would strongly recommend using Kingdom Builders for this kind of job.

The work was done on time and on budget. Professionals through and through. After the job was complete everybody on the crew including an owner worked just as **** ** the cleanup of the area. Everything went great, when there were question or concern Mr. Juvland quickly handled them. We are very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism of all the employees on his crew. Peace Valley is a 32 unit townhouse Mr Juvland gave us a schedule when each unit was to be started so the homeowner would be there to let them in. They stayed true to the schedule and even though it rained a lot the siding was completed in a timely manner also. We are looking to replace the roof and his company was the best bid therefore we will be using them.

Excellent!! Lee called to setup an appointment to give us a free estimate. Josh came out the next day, and was very friendly. He went up on the roof to check out the situation, and could not find where the vent was supposed to be, so he had to go up into the attic too. He gave us an estimate of $150 plus the cost of parts. This was *way* less than we had expected it to be. Since they were already going to be out there working on our ventilation, I asked how much it would be to add on a repair to our dryer vent (which was old and needed to be replaced because it leaked in some places). He said it wouldn't be much more, and probably around $200-$250 for the whole job, depending on parts. We agreed to have them do the work. Josh came out the next day, and did an excellent job on the work. He fixed the bathroom vent going out the roof, and replaced the part of our dryer vent that needed replacing. After spending several hours on the job, in addition to the initial time for the estimate - they only charged us $175 for the entire job! The people at The Kingdom Builders are the real deal. They do a great job, and charge very reasonable prices. I would *highly* recommend using them if you need any type of work done on your roof. A++

Eric called first to ask about the weather, since it was raining today. I let him know it wasn't a downpour and he was OK with coming with that in mind. He arrived right on time. Eric advised me that the roof should have at least another 5 years of life and that he thought he knew where the leak was. He offered to seal up the spots he thought were problems at no charge and spent about 15 minutes doing so. He advised me to get some gutter covers and also cleaned out a blockage in the gutter while he was up there. He was very friendly and professional the whole time. Kingdom builders will be the first one I call when I do need a roof replacement.

The company was very professional and price was competitive. They were accommodating with my schedule with the negotiating of price. Product looks very good and they cleaned up after everything was done. Even fixed a couple of singles on the roof while they were up there. There was a mix-up in original communication for getting a quote as they got my area code wrong so they could not get back to me. I originally gave them a grade of F for not contacting me for a quote which I would like to withdraw. I was very happy with everything.
