Description of Work: Repaired blocked drain line on Jenn Air refrigerator. The first try didn't work but they came back promptly to make an additional repair, which did the job. Nice folks, very responsive, a bit pricey.

Description of Work: Professional and right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer as problem with the transmission. Gave me some high level cost estimates to repair it but said due to the high cost most people opt to replace the washer, which I ended up doing.

Description of Work: Had a small part inside my refridge that broke. Called this company and spoke with the parts department and they were very helpful in helping me find the right part and decide if I could replace it myself or not. I asked for someone to come out and do the replacement and they did. The job was done on time and for the amount the estimate was.

+ -1 moreTHE CLOCK ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED. THE PERSON TAKING THE CALL DETERMINED THE PROBLEM AND ORDERED THE PART AHEAD OF TIME. SHE WAS WILLING TO PENCIL IN AN APPOINTMENT BASED ON MY SCHEDULE AND WOULD CANCEL IF THE PART WAS NOT IN ON TIME. GARY, THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND FRIENDLY. WHEN I EXPLAINED I JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONVECTION BAKE CYCLE AND ALL THE CHOICES ON THE CONTROL PANEL, HE TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE ME A LESSON. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT SAVED TIME AND AN EXTRA TRIP TO MY HOUSE.
