To begin with, Jason had a few obstacles to overcome. We share a twin home with our neighbor and both of our insurance companies had denied each of our original claims for hail damage. Jason was able to convince both of the insurance companies that we had a legitimate claim to cover the costs. After navigating the insurance companies, Jason promptly stopped by to help us pick out the right shingle for our roof and answer any questions we had. Once we let Jason know our choice, he quickly got his team scheduled to come out and perform the job. They ended up starting work on the roof around noon on the scheduled day and came back the next day and worked in high winds to get the work complete. It was so windy, Jason had to walk all over our neighborhood picking up pieces of scrap that had blown down the street! After the roof was finished, Jason stopped by and picked up loose scraps in our yard. Through the entire process Jason offered insight and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!
