Gutters installed as contracted. Work was done properly.

They were prompt, did not cause any extraneous damage, did exactly what they said they would, and did not request an immediate payment for the work done. In other words they did all the work they had recommended at the cost they had estimated at the day and time they said they would. They also pointed out there were some gutters that did not need to be replaced when they did the estimate. Would use them again, or recommend them to anyone, in a heart beat.

They came out in 2014 for a warranty repair and again now in 2015. Joe has been very easy to work with and stands behind his work 100%. I would highly recommend them for any gutter work you have because they stand behind their work.

Job was completed on time and as promised. Primary workman seemed more than a bit hurried...I assume that a second person did not show? Completed job was OK.

Contractor arrived on time and provided (the lowest) estimate on the spot as well as explaining exactly what they would do and showed me the color samples of the materials to be used. The work was scheduled two weeks out, I came home from work that day and all work and clean-up was completed. They were very clear that no payment was required until the work was completed to my satisfaction. I wish all contractors were of this quality.

It was good. They were in and out quick. They recommended, I think some good options. I had one week that they were very responsive. There were two guys.

I don't remember that well if I paid any extra amount. I wouldn't use them again. In cold all the gutters were leaking so they didn't get all the stuff out of them, but it was clean enough. The guy that I hired for lower amount of money and he cleaned them really well. It was that difficult job but he worked very thorough.

I never actually saw any workers-it was like a fairy story. I came home one day around noon from being gone overnight to find the work done and the bill slipped inside my door. I was especially pleased because Joe knew I needed the work done sooner rather than later so that I could put my house on the market. The job was completed weeks ahead of time. (Even other companies who gave me estimates said they were booked up many weeks in advance.) Right price, work done sooner than expected, and no mess left behind. Could not have been any easier! Do not have this company install your gutters if you have any type of cement board siding. I think they may be very good at installing gutters, but they are terrible at doing so without cracking cement board siding. I asked Joe when he gave me the estimate if cement board would be a problem for them. He said it would not be a problem and that he would put his best installer on the job. Keith and crew arrived at the agreed upon time. They rang the door bell and quickly left the door to start their work so when we opened the door no one was around. It only took them a couple of hours to install the gutters and they left without saying a word. After they left we discovered that they had cracked the siding in two places. When I called Joe I had to leave a message. When Joe called me back he told me that Keith had told him that the siding was cracked before they arrived. Keith also told Joe that he tried to tell us about the cracks but no one answered the door bell. After talking with Keith more it became very obvious that he was not telling the truth and he was not willing to admit his mistakes. He kept wanting to argue with me until I had to ask him to leave. Joe was not willing to listen to the truth either. Joe told me that it was dumb to have cement board siding on the house even though he told me before he started the work that it was not a problem. Joe became very defensive with me when I tried to explain my concerns. Joe did not want to listen to me either. Joe offered to do whatever I wanted him to do to make it right. He agreed to take down the gutters and put up new boards. When I reminded him that they were not wood he acted disgusted that I would want to put cement board back up. We agreed that he would come out to fix the problem and that Keith would not be allowed on the job. After I reflected on our conversation I realized that Joe had a very bad attitude towards me and because of that I decided that I do not want Tonka Seamless Gutters to touch my property again. I called Joe back and left a message and told him that I would fix it myself as I do not want anyone from his company to touch my house again.

The estimate was made by Joe within a couple of days of calling and handed to me on the spot. The price was very competitive. There was no pressure to commit, and when I asked about how well it would work to have one downspout rather than two, it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. I had intended to have gutters replaced front and back but needed to delay part of the project because of remodeling. When I asked if they could just do the front and do the back later, this did not alter the price. They arrived on time and got the work done in about an hour and a half despite the fact that it was raining. The installer was very friendly and there was no mess at all. It was painless, and I recommend them without hesitation.

They arrived on time and installed the covers and downspouts quickly and neatly. They charged exactly what they quoted. There was some question about the best way to do one of the downspouts because the existing one was terribly complicated. They consulted with me and offered several approaches. We agreed on the best approach and they did that.

The service was what I could expect. They sent an estimator out and he was informative. Then, the individual that repaired it came to repair it correctly. I did not spend a lot of time with them. I just went through the initial interview with the estimator, then talked briefly with the installer, and I was on my way.

They did a great job. Nice crew. The gutters look great. I was very impressed with the service from the estimate to installation. I may do the other side of my house in the future and will use this company again!

Tonka Seamless Gutters is my go to gutter company, and the latest project reaffirmed their A+ work. The cost is always reasonable, Joe comes out, does the estimate, and gets the work done. As always, it was smooth, efficient, and top quality. He is responsive, punctual, has reasonable pricing, and is a pleasure to do business with.

Excellent Service. They actually came several weeks earlier than I had initially been quoted, which was enormously appreciated. Showed up exactly when promised, gave me quick, friendly service, and were happy to answer any questions that I had. I would absolutely use them again.

I had a very positive experience with Joe from Tonka Seamless Gutters. I initially called to request a quote. Joe returned my call promptly, then came by my house and generated a quote within 3 days of our conversation. This was a small project, and some contractors were not interested, but Joe was happy to do the work, and at a very good price. Joe completed the job within one week of the quote. The new gutters the other gutters on my home and look very nice. I am very pleased with the final product!

Downspout needed some rework but it and was repaired promptly when I notified them of the problem.

I wish all home improvement jobs would go this smoothly! I got on Angie's List specifically to find a gutter company known for straightforward, honest bidding and quality workmanship, a company specializing in gutters, not a giant do-it-all home exterior company with huge marketing overhead, not a company preying on the elderly with expensive leafguard products, and not a roofing contractor overwhelmed with storm damage jobs. Tonka's reputation comes through clearly in their reviews, and I made the right choice. They were great to work with, the price was fair, and installation went perfectly, completed within two weeks of the estimate. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and their quote was no-nonsense and no-obligation, with none of the hugely-inflated prices reduced by limited-time offers and other such BS that some of their competitors are known for. (One such competitor's unsolicited bid (they were going door-to-door) was over $2500 for this job AFTER taking 60% off plus an additional 40% off if we would pay in full at the time of the estimate.) We have had a couple of major downpours already, and everything is working fine - no leaks at the end caps, slopes are correct, etc. We'd definitely use Tonka again and recommend them highly.

Joe came out in early November and gave a competitive estimate. He explained one section they wouldn't be able to connect properly to downspouts over the front entry, but at no charge added a gutter that would discharge to the side of the steps at least. They were scheduled to install a couple weeks later but the snow, ice and cold came and stayed for the rest of the winter. Joe kept me informed and was apologetic despite the weather not being under his control. They came out as soon as it thawed in spring and did a wonderful install, matching the gutters that were present on part of the house. One extension was shorter than I wanted but to their credit stopped at the edge of the rock around my garage so it looked nice and would be easier to mow around. He thought I would be ok but dropped off a longer extension the next day despite me saying I would pick it up from them. Excellent service. I would recommend to anyone.

The installer arrived just a bit late but that was ok. He did a great job but had the wrong attitude. Before he started, I wanted to review the plan to make sure that there was no surprise at the end. He wasn't to keen to do the review and spoke with a negative attitude. Nevertheless, he did what he was supposed to do and the overall quality of installation was good. Only advise is for the installer to tone down his attitude.

The salesman was professional and smart. We needed to match our existing gutters and he was unable to do so due to the product they sell. He gave me advise and did not try to get me to start over with his product or anything.

Joe gave me a estimate on 4/29/2014 and felt next week would be installed. Told him I didn't need to supervise the install, as the have been in our neighborhood many times. Said he would work it in. Came home from work 3 days later and work was complete and looked good. Great crew.
