Very well--they did what they said and the end product is good.

I had Tonka Seamless Gutters bid for my job in late November. I knew with winter approaching that we were at risk of getting the work done. The price the estimator gave was very reasonable and we liked the reviews they'd gotten from Angie's List - so we decided to ask them to do the job. That was when we stopped hearing from them unless we reached out to them. The first installation date they gave us had weather challenges. We understood that, however we never heard a word from them. I called 2 days later and asked when we could expect them. They said they'd be out in a few days. The next date came and went with no word. Weather was OK, but we never heard from them. I emailed that night and was told "We should be out early next week." I was starting to get a little frustrated, but decided to give them a chance. At this point, I asked about winter installation. Joe told me "I have guys that want to work all winter - that should be no problem at all." Again, at the next installation date, I didn't see them or hear anything. I emailed at noon asking if they'd be out that day. Joe said "We're trying, thanks for you patience." Never heard back from Joe after that email. About 2 days later, an installer showed up at our door. He told my wife that he'd "been driving around for 2 hours trying to find our house." 2 hours!?! Our address is easily marked in Google Maps and he had our phone numbers, but never called. He said he'd come out the next day to do the job. The next day, I got a call around 1 PM. The installer said "it's too cold today and I don't want to damage your shingles. So I'll come out next week." That was the last time I heard from Tonka Seamless. This was in mid-December. With the holidays and the winter, I didn't reach out to them again - until January 20th, when I emailed Joe and said "Cancel my contract." Can't provide any feedback on their work, but my experience with them was frustrating and showed an EXTREME lack of communication and professionalism.

This is an HONEST company. Originally I brought them out to quote all new gutters, but they advised I did not need to replace everything, and they worked to redesign the faulty installation of my original gutters by a different contractor. Great attention was paid during install to make the gutters as "invisible" as possible on my house. Seamless transaction, very pleased.

One of the pieces that they put in the gutter system I only had it done in the back of the house, kept falling off every time the wind blows so I finally got rid of the piece, I have to call them back to redo it some day when I'm in the mood to put a different kind of piece on there.

They came out and gave me a quote. Their quote was about middle of the road. Called to schedule it and they were back in about two weeks. Put the gutters on while I was at work and left me a bill. Everything was cleaned up and none of my plants were damaged. The gutters were the color they recommended and perfectly match my trim. Overall it was incredibly painless and I'd highly recommend them.

The installer was fairly prompt, after a bit of a weather delay. Installer even repaired our gravel drive since his truck beat it up pretty good. BUT they get a C rating from us since when the sales person came out, he said that we would get the same size gutter that we had on the rest of the house. When it was installed, it looked generally like the same size from the ground. But we just cleaned our gutters (ourselves) and discovered that the gutter they put on is quite a bit smaller in depth than the gutters on our house. Plus there is quite a lot of bent metal along the eave that pokes into the gutter, diminishing the flow within the gutter. We would not hire them again.

I called to request a bid and was told someone would call me back. 8 hours later they returned my call and explained to Joel this was a small custom job and I was hoping they could fit me in. He scheduled me for a crewmen to look at it, then called and rescheduled me. When the guy arrived at our agreed upon time I was on my way to the site so I took his call and explained over the phone. Our conversation lasted less than a minute and he told me the job was too small, it involved custom work, that he had a guy who could do it but they were too busy. He then sarcastically wished me luck and practically hung up on me.

Excellent. They gave a great initial visit. What stood out was their suggestion on the color of the gutters. Other vendors simply said "I assumed you wanted white" and that could not have been further from the truth. Great recommendation on color. They also gave me the appropriate caution on gutters that had a swivel point. I had these put in to help clear them away during lawn cutting. I chose to do it. Excellent service and a job very well done.

This is our third home where Joe has added gutters. Estimate was quick, scheduling was simple, and even though the gutters were above existing gardens, they did not damage one leaf. They were there on time, courteous, and cleaned up well. We have had a variety of workers in our home over the past few months and appreciate when service is made so simple.

Let me just say that they deserve their high ratings. This process was effortless on my part.: no hassles, no issues and I was happy with the result. I especially appreciated the no-pressure estimate. Everyone I dealt with seemed friendly and polite.

From the first contact via phone, everything went very smoothly with Joe and his team. They were able to get out the same week for an estimate, provided a no-pressure estimate that came in under estimates provided by other companies, and scheduled a week later to replace the gutters. They did a fantastic job of matching the gutters and downspouts to our siding and trim, and the on-site team were great at offering options for placement of the downspouts to minimize the number needed. They were very easy to work with and delivered on everything they promised.

Estimate was straightforward and quick, and I was given a good explanation of what was needed and why. Installation was scheduled for not too long after, and went smoothly. Every interaction was great?they clearly know how to run a business.

Everything went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would for both the estimate and the work. The price was reasonable -- I got quotes from other companies that were literally double, which is ridiculous considering how relatively small this job was. Anyway, Tonka Seamless was honest and professional in their work, which is exceedingly rare these days.

The Tonka Seamless Gutters workers arrived on time and cleaned the upper and lower gutters in the front of our house and the gutters on the upper back end of our house. They removed the screens, and cleaned the screens, cleaned out the gutters and then put the screens back on the gutters. They discovered a piece of wood inside the upper backside of the house that was under the screen which was blocking the water flow. Kind of strange. Possibly last gutter cleaner person put that there to encourage a return visit to clean it out. Don't know why it was there but was glad these guys removed it and told me about it. They completed the job in a timely manner and were easy to work with.

Scott and Joe were very responsive! Returned my calls immediately; showed up with sample colors, walked around the house with me and explained to me what he'd be quoting. Also quoted additional leaf proof guards which we did not purchase. One he provided me with the estimate and detailed drawing and we decided on the color, we were able to schedule our install. The 2 workers on the crew showed up on time, with the correct color product, installed it all in a couple hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. I didn't hear back from Scott or Joe after the job was complete, but I had both their cell numbers had there been a need for me to call them for any reason.

From beginning to end this transaction was flawless. I called to get a quote, and the secretary told me the estimator would call me back as he was in meetings. We touched based and sent out someone to give me an estimate the next day. I had a few concerns on where the old downspouts were and what were my options to remedy and he presented an option that worked for us. The next day I received a call to schedule installation, the lead time was about two weeks as this was the busy season. The installer showed up on time and completed all work in 3.5 hours, after the installation he showed me the work he completed and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this vendor to anyone!

They arrived within the week and did the work as ordered. No mess and they were careful around our gardens. The new gutters look great and are keeping our house dry. Highly recommend this company!

I left a message with Tonka Seamless Gutters on a Monday, received a call from them on Tuesday, and an estimate was completed by the end of the week. It was due to this prompt service and the price that we ultimately decided to hire them. The work was completed on the day they said it would be completed, and there were no surprises on the bill. Everything looks fantastic, and we would highly recommend.

Joe arrived promptly and provided an estimate on the spot. His 2-person crew arrived on time a few days later as scheduled and did the entire project in about an hour. They offered me some options as to down-spout locations and made their recommendations. They were obviously experienced and worked as a team. They cleaned up right away. We are very pleased with the work.

I was skeptical at how easy it was to get on the calendar with very little notice but the Tonka guys came in, worked around our painters and finished the job before we returned home from our weekend getaway. Very impressive and the cost was very reasonable.

The estimate process was pretty quick lasting about 10-15 minutes with measurements taken, colors chosen, and some quick conversations about which way we would want the downspouts to face. In fact the date/time for our estimate was set up within 2 hours of my original call. It might have been nice to see some examples and had some quick education about how these more modern gutters and downspouts are an improvement over the original 50+ year old gutters (other than the fact that they would be newer, wouldn't have peeling paint and wouldn't leak!). This was a very low-pressure conversation and after some other estimates my husband and I decided to go with this company. After contacting Tonka Seamless Gutters to let then know we would be interested in having them do the work, we had a date for the following week for the work to be done, weather permitting. I was told the date and time (8:00 A.M.) and when no one had showed up by 9:00 I did call just to verify that I had not written down the wrong date. I was told that I did have the correct date and that a crew would be there later that day. (Another suggestion would be to not say that a crew "will be there at 8:00", but rather say "a crew could be there as early as 8:00".) One hour later a crew came and had the whole process including clean up down within 3 1/2 hours. The two installers were patient with my questions and did a good job of cleaning up.
