Description of Work: Tonka Seamless Gutters installed gutters, flashing and downspouts on the new addition (single story) and existing portion (two-stories) of my home. They were on time, both for the initial quote and actual installation. They did a good job matching the color of the new gutters with the old ones installed about 20 years ago. They happened to be here at the same time as my landscaper, and worked with him to direct a downspout into the drain tile system the landscaper was installing for a sump pump (nice!). The gutter installation crew left the job site clean and the invoice they left matched the quote -- no surprise charges.

They were able to perform the gutter replacement in a very hassle free manner while I was at work, which I very much appreciated. | |I also appreciated that during the quote process when I asked for leaf guards, the professional talked about how in our dutch colonial the water would likely reflect off (due to the angle) and not perform as expected. That would have cost us (and made them) another $1500 - I really appreciate that type of honest business. | |My only grip is they made one decision for routing the downspout that I'm not sure I would've done, and I would have preferred they asked my opinion first. But beyond that the service was phenomenal and I'd definitely recommend Tonka Seamless.

Description of Work: Fixed/cleaned gutter on the back of my walk out ( 3 stories up) that was pulling away from the facia. I also had them install gutter flashing. Returned my call same day, came to my house to provide quote when they said they would. Start to finish was less than two weeks.

Description of Work: They said it would cost $695 and it did. Great job. No Mess. No Fuss. |They replaced garage gutter, fascia, and the busted soffet section. I volunteered to paint it once they were done so that might have saved me a couple bucks I'm sure. I will use again.

Description of Work: Installed new and replacement gutters on my home. There have been several problems with the gutter installation done in 2011. An ice problem I specified as needing correction for my safety was made much worse. Water splashing over the gutter and hitting the house at inside corners is a problem that I did not have with my old gutters. Joe OConnor was rude and belligerent when the problems were reported to him. He agreed to make modifications, but they were not completed until November, 2014. A workman would show up, do a bit of the promised work, then say he wasn't aware of additional work or that he didn't have materials for that part of the modification. (Fortunately I had a written description of the work to be done.) Months would pass before anyone returned to do another piece of the project. My determination and persistence were the only reason OConner addressed the problems. While pleasant during the sales proposal, he was condescending and belligerent when presented with problems, and obstructive in resolving those problems.
