Joe came to my home to give me an estimate within 2 days of my calling. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up after the work was done. The gutters look great and work well. I would highly recommend them.

Of all the contract work I've had done at my house, this was probably one of the best experiences I've had. They were willing to remove my gutters on a Friday (allowing me to repair and paint the fascia, and saving me money) and come back to install new gutters on Monday. Other companies were unwilling to do this. The end result was excellent! In addition, they were very responsive, and helpful from start to finish.

Wonderful!! They were able to provide the estimate without me being present and left it in the mailbox. The estimate was very easy to read and follow. Installation was very quick - when I left for work, I had no gutters. When I returned, beautiful gutters and no mess. Highly recommended. I am grading them a "B" on price because I forgot to ask for my Angie's List discount . . . :(

They worked very fast. I found 5 nails in the driveway. I had to call Joe and they came back as one of the downspouts leaked in 2 places. They ''fixed it'', but were not very thorough and tried to blame me for even testing it with a water hose. It would not surprise me if it still leaks.

Very prompt in returning my phone call and scheduled the estimate within a day or two. I live in a twin home, and my neighbor and I both wanted gutters added to the back of our home. The price listed above is my portion of the work. I wasn't home the day of the estimate but my neighbor was. They gave her a written estimate for the whole project and split it in half so we could each pay separately. My neighbor inquired about getting the "leaf guard" type of gutters, but the estimator was very honest and told her we didn't need this more expensive product, as we don't have many large trees near us. He added that we could always add this later, if it ever became necessary. We were able to schedule the job within a week and I am very pleased with the new gutters. We've only had one rain since they've been on, but they seem to be working out great. This company was very pleasant to deal with and did a good job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The personnel were courteous, answered my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and did what appears to be quality work. Now we need some rain to have a true test.

They are very professional company. Joe was punctual and very courteous. He gave us a very good estimate on gutters, and I did not need the leaf guard. He does not lie or make up story to sell something I do not need. The crew came on time, did very professional work and cleaned everything up and ask if we are satisfied with the work. This is the company to call if you need gutters placed. I am very satisfied with the work.

The overall experience was excellent. Joe O'Connor was my phone contact. I called on May 1st and got an estimate on May 2. The gutters were replaced on May 18th. Tonka did an excellent job, and everything happened promptly and efficiently.

They did excellent work. The only complaint we had is that they said they would be out within a week after the initial proposal, and it took a little longer than this. Overall, great work, professional and nice service, and we will hire them again for any gutter needs.

It was an excellent suggestions to not put gutters on a couple of minor roof spots and how to attach and where for a couple of tricky spots. They completed the job in a few hours on the same day with a 3 man crew. I found a couple of metal scraps from the mounting process on the side of the house but nothing too annoying. After a couple of days, I noticed one end of a downspout was a little short from where it should be dumping its water. I called on this and they came back in a couple weeks and fixed it. A little slow on the response, but there were no questions or cost. I'll use them again for any future gutter work I may need.

Unfortunately, this company didn't work with the type of gutters I needed. They referred me to Sheridan Sheet Metal.

Joe explained the options clearly and made himself available for follow-up questions. All company representatives showed up when they said they would. All work was performed as agreed upon. My only disappointment was the fact that this company does not bury extensions that are in troublesome areas (like emptying on a sidewalk).

Excellent service and follow through. Returned call immediately, provided on the spot estimate, was the most reasonable. Installed when we were here, cleaned up everything, we didn't even realize they had been out!

Returned my call promptly, even though this was a small job. I didn't ask for a bid, I just asked them to fix gutters. Ballpark estimate was $200 (over the phone). I said OK. Actual price was much less. A pleasant surprise. Definitely worth it. Saved me a trip to the home depot, and dragging the ladder around the house trying to do it myself. Very convenient! When it's time to replace my gutters, these guys will be my first call.
