Great. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate and were able to do the job less than a week after giving us the estimate. They finished the job quickly and didn't leave any kind of mess in the yard - it was hard to tell they were there, except for the new gutters.

Service was fantastic. I almost didn't even know they were here! They worked around my daughter's nap schedule, walked me around the house to show me just what they did and cleaned up after themselves. Phenomenal experience for a great price.

I would highly recommend them, great job! My basement is totally dry now!

We had a great experience from the start - prompt response to an estimate inquiry that occurred within a day or two of our contact. They were very professional in their quote and offered two price point options that were for essential needs and additional gutters for the whole house. There was no up-selling involved and we chose the lower price quote. They did an excellent job of discussing our needs and listening to our needs. Installation happened very fast - they missed their initial date due to weather issues, but promptly called to let us know - nice feature is that you do not need to be home to have the work done. We are satisfied with the look and functionality of the gutters - they have worked great so far. Additionally, they were very flexible in their payment options.

Everything went very well. Although they provided an estimate for part of the job (and started it that way, bad assumptions on my part), they were flexible and willing to add the little extra on, and charged me a reasonable amount. Joe was very friendly and accommodating, and Keith (the installer) was also good to talk with. Very good experience.

It went very well overall. They came out on a Tuesday to give me an estimate, and got the work done that Friday. They were very professional. They recommended a different color for my gutters (a color that matches my house's trim), and the new gutters look great!

It was completely painless. The bid/estimate was done promptly and the work was done completely in a day. I went to work, and when I came home it was all done, including all the clean-up.

They did a great job, but there is still a leaking downspout, which we are getting fixed. We would use this company again

Very pleased with the company. We left a message regarding an estimate and received a prompt call back. Whereas many companies wanted to give me an estimate over the phone, I was impressed that Scott came to our house to talk with me about the project -- even though it was small and fairly simple. The workers showed up on time, were very polite, got the job done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.

I had to do a little more footwork than I should have. The gutters turned out to be pretty good. They were a little on the high end with price.

It was great. There was one leaky down spout. I called and someone was there the next day to fix it. Everything went as good as it could have.

Provided an estimate promptly which was slightly lower than other bids, but chose another company who would also remove a front porch over hang.

They were very good about responding to the call. They were out there quick and worked along with my landscaper who was installing French drains.

Called to schedule an estimate and Joe actually arrived within an hour to look at our job (he happened to be in our area). Joe looked over the 2 damaged sections of the gutter and listened to me tell of how the gutter overflowed consistantly in the middle resulting in damage to a garden directly below. Joe recommended replacing the entire gutter and larger downspouts to move more water quickly to help with the overflow. He didn't try to sell any other products, like leaf protection or covered gutter systems. After receiving 2 other estimates and deciding to go with Tonka, Joe scheduled our job promtly. Two workmen arrive on time and completed the job within 1 hour and 45 minutes. They cleaned up thoroughly, and walked through the job with me before leaving. Cost was exactly equal to estimate. Nice work.

Very well. They were initially rained out but return the next business day and did the work. There were a couple minor imperfections in the job that the guys were happy to return and remedy.

Project was on time and budget as promised. The project was done in a professional manner and very efficiently. We were very pleased with the service and workmanship of this firm.

Called for estimate on a Friday, they were out on Saturday morning and gutter was replaced on the following Thursday morning. Joe had asked if we'd prefer to schedule something or if it would be OK if they could work us in whenever they got the next chance. We opted for working-us-in, which turned out perfect. Gutter was replaced as the rainstorm started, so timing was great. They even rebolted a downspout that had come down a bit over the winter (no extra charge).

Working with Joe was great. He is a consummate professional with excellent customer service skills. He responded promptly to all my calls throughout the project. He gave very knowledgeable advise and all his staff were friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. The work was done on-time, on budget and my yard was very tidy when they were finished. The gutters work perfectly (we've had plenty of rain to test them) and the color is a great match! I'm a bit of a perfectionist and can be a tough customer but they stepped up to the challenge and surpassed my expectation!

They came on the day they said they would and completed the job for the price they quoted us. We were very pleased with their work. It's refreshing to have a pleasant and positive experience with a contractor for a change. Since then, our lawn company has damaged the extensions on several units. Tonka has always cheerfully and promptly returned to repair the damage and allowed us to purchase several extra extensions for future repairs. We're still working on training the lawn company. We plan to have Tonka back to repair or replace the gutters on the front side of our units.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE WAS NOT THE LOWEST, BUT IT WAS REASONABLE.

Our phone message was returned on the same day we left it and Joe came out to estimate the work the following day. The work was done one week later. Everything was completed quickly and professionally.

I spoke with Joe on the first call, he is the owner/manager of the company. He is very professional, friendly and honest. He came out the next day and did an estimate, which included a question regarding whether the old fascia board would need to be replaced. The estimate was reasonable and fair. The work was booked for the next week and although it had snowed the day before they came promptly at 9:00 am as scheduled. Keith was the lead guy for the day and he showed me the problem with my fascia board and gave me several ways we could go about fixing or hanging the gutters. He was very honest and professional. I went with the full replacement of the fascia and they got the job done before I was home from work that day. The only thing that was a little disappointing was their was a mess at my back door. They cleaned the sides of the house but may have forgotten to get back to the small gutter in the back of the house.

Professional, and most importantly, quality gutters with downspouts at much more practical locations.

The replacement gutter was installed in a timely fashion - in fact, my husband came in and asked me when was the gutter put up - I didn't even realize they had been by! It appears that they reinforced the gutter placement with an extra board to more securely fasten it to the roof. Joe even replaced part of a downspout I had accidentally run over in my car at no charge. And of course the old damaged gutter was removed from the site. We really appreciate the prompt and professional response to the problem.
