Excellent work, followed the layout I sketched and my house looks so much better! 5 stars to everything, good value and very good to work with to get the install as quickly as possible.

Could hot have gone better from job bidding through installation. Excellent communication from start to finish, and the work was perfect.

The job was done when I was away, I was very pleasantly surprised to see the new downspout and repairs. The work was excellent, just right. Joe is a super nice guy and I would recommend both Joe and his company very highly. Hiring someone local was my goal, and it worked out very well. One of the reasons that I was satisfied with this repair is that Joe was very upfront about the fact that he could fit this job in, right away, as a fill in between bigger projects. Having Joe take care of my small home repair so efficiently leads me to surmise that he treats his customers with respect, whether or not it is a big or small project.

From the initial bid to the final installation we could not have been happier. They did a very professional job and was extremely impressed with their employees. I have already referred them to other friends and neighbors. If I were to ever need gutters again they would be the company I would call.

Great! No high pressures sales tactics (like some of our other bids) plus price much better than other the others. We discovered a small problem after they left and they were very responsive. From start to finish they were responsive and professional. I was completely put at ease by my confidence that they knew what they were doing and were dedicated to doing good work. I found the price to be very fair, and the installer was dedicated to figuring out a couple tricky spots so that we got the best possible outcome. He consulted me along the way and offered multiple options for the problem spots.

They look nice and were on time. My only concern was the used spray paint to touch up any little scratches they incurred. I know the paint will fade or yellow overtime. The guys did a nice job installing them.

They came out when they scheduled to come out and they did the work quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. The work looked great and the rain we had recently was handled by them great.

Their business description mentioned working with all things having to do with gutters. Found this to not be the case. After describing my problem in email, I received a response later that day. The response was "sorry,no". No explanation, no suggestions as to how I might solve the problem. Nothing. Apparently they only do basic gutter installation which is probably fine for most, but would not recommended them for anything out of the ordinary.

Very responsive to telephone calls. Promptly provided a detailed estimate. Did extra job with fascia repair on request (another company said they couldn't add on). Completed work in timely fashion and didn't collect payment until afterwards.

Salesman was nice, quick and gave us a good bid on paper, nothing electronic however. Once we decided to do the work with them, though - the owner, Joe, insisted on only contacting us by phone and would not answer questions over email. He was short with us and rude. We have a busy family and work life and prefer email because that way we can have a dialog when it is convenient for us, but more importantly, we can get everything in writing. It doesn't seem like you can trust a contractor when they won't respond in a written format, only voice. This company seems to do nothing electronic either, which is not how we prefer to do business. It's too bad because we were looking forward to getting our gutters done.

Joe and his team were great! They were punctual, polite, and thorough. When I called a week later with some adjustments needed, they were right back to fix them, no problem.

We have a two story home so we have gutters on two levels. We also have screens on the gutters to help keep leaves and sticks out of the gutter. They removed the screens & cleared out the debris in a timely manner. Booking the estimate went well and the staff that did the cleaning took pride in their work and were easy to work with. They also did a good job of adding the gutter extensions.

We had Tonka Gutters install gutters on three sides of the house in the past. They have always provided a good experience.

The work was done on time and as promised. We had one minor issue which became apparent about 4 weeks after the job where a downspout became unattached to the stucco; they were very responsive and this issue was fixed within 24 hours.

Great - very responsive and simple communication. Came out two weeks after the estimate to perform the job. Left the invoice in the door - good value, would hire again.
