It went very well. Easy to contact and very responsive. The final cost was a little higher, but that was due to that fact that they had to replace some rotting boards that we were not award of. Also, helped with a light installation over the front door. About a month after we had this done, we received hail damage. They were very responsive on the replacement of the Leaf proof and coordinated the replacement with the roofing guys.

This company did an amazing job. The product that they installed was beautiful and the installers were prompt and very professional and I was very happy with the work that they did for me.

Very, very good! Joe came out for the estimate right at the scheduled time and had good advice as to what would work best for our home. After I called to tell him I wanted his company to do the work, he got back to me quickly to set the next available appointment. His crew showed up promptly on time, checked to make sure we were on the same page as to what I expected, made sure they had the proper color and finish and finished the job in good time. Everything was cleaned up and the installation really looks good!

The work was done how and when promised. We have had no problems with the gutters. I have no complaints.

Great. Joe showed up to the estimate appointment on time and quickly provided an estimate. I knew what I wanted and he understood that, no fancy up-selling. Joe always returned my calls in a timely fashion and was able to answer all my questions. I requested that the crew show up earlier in the morning than they usually do so I could get to work. They couldn't make it, so Joe sent another employee to do the walk around to make sure the downspouts were in the correct locations. After work that day, the gutters were installed and the yard was cleaned up. They look great. I am happy we chose Tonka Seamless.

Joe went to the house as scheduled to remove the old gutters--then called and told us there were brand new gutters on our house. The sellers had replaced them! Joe was very honest and perfectly understanding about us canceling the job. ($625.00)

I called Tonka to get an estimate to put gutters on my home. I couldn't be at the house when they were available to look at the house so they came by and gave me a written estimate. I called other places to get estimates and Tonka was in the same ballpark. I chose Tonka because they were able to do the work sooner than the other guys and it was getting close to winter. When I called to ask them to do the job I added gutters to one side of my garage which they had left off of the estimate. They installed the gutters in about 2-3 hours. We haven't had a heavy rain to test them yet, but they work well so far on light rain.

The quote was good. He came out promptly and provided an estimate, and the workers came to do the work. However, when they finished, they blew out the gutters and left the dead decaying leaves on my steps and walkways. They did come back out after I called to complete the clean up. The cost seemed high, but they are not out of line with anyone else. I would consider using them again, but would hope that they would clean up afterward next time.

The job was done quickly and exactly as I expected.

Estimator was nice, prompt, and efficient. Scheduling the work was fairly easy and within a reasonable time frame. The job itself only took 2 guys less than a half an hour - so I hope the cost was mostly for materials and not labor. I would have appreciated it had the workers come to the door first to let me know they were here and ask if I had any questions, etc. Just seems like the professional thing to do, rather than just climbing up on someone's roof. I had to go out, get their attention and ask them to do something a bit differently from the proposal (we decided we didn't need a downspout extension in one corner, but even after explaining this to them, they still put it on). They also could have done a better job installing the rain barrel. I had to go out and level it after they left. I would say they did the minimum and didn't go out of their way to impress.

We have used this company before. I am satisfied with the level of service that you receive from them. I had several estimates and was happy with the quote. It only took four hours to do the whole job.

The company was able to come out about a week after we called to install the new gutters. The two guys who came out did not look very professional, but they did the job. One thing we didn't like was that they replaced the gutters in the rain ( which allowed water to get near the foundation). They left parts of the old gutter on also, which maybe is how they always do it, but it is very sharp. The leaves still clog the gutter, despite being told that getting a bigger gutter would stop that from happening. Although there were little problems like that overall it was OK and we ended up with better gutters then we had before.

It was a good experience, the person that came out and did the estimate cam out quickly and I was surprised when they told me that they could get in within a couple of days because they were in my area. There were 3 young men that came out and they were very nice and pleasant and they did good work.

Tonka came out the same day and gave us an estimate. They were able to match the color of our house with the gutters. We decided to go with them, and they came out the next week to finish the job which took less than a day. We had an invoice in our door the following week after they called to asked how it looked. Great experience!

This was a fairly extensive project replacing gutters with new ones, rigid screen gutter guards and improved downspouts by adding an additional downspout and installing larger commercial sized downspouts. I appreciated working with them.

The whole process went very well-from the initial phone call to the estimate to the completion of the work. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will definitely recommend them. They also do roofing and we would contact them for that project also (when the time comes).

They don't install gutters on old houses with crown molding.

Went perfect. No problems...they were here and gone in nothing flat. Cleaned up well after themselves! I would definitely use them again!

They were great. They came out and did the whole job within a week. The only thing that that we weren't too happy with was that the gutter covers are very visible on the new addition. We could have selected a better product for this situation. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

The work was done in October and November 2007. The initial contact and estimate work went well. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. I set up the appointment for the work to be done. Part of the work to be done was to replace the old fascia on the garage, on the front and back along the peaks of the roof on both ends. We needed this to be new wood because we were going to have it painted before the winter in a contrasting color from the garage. The painter had said this wood needed to be replaced. Tonka Seamless Gutters bid out the work to include that need, as well, and said it would be no problem and that they would and could do it. They arrived on time to begin the work. When the work was finished, they knocked on the door to let me know and I looked outside to see how the finished project looked. The guttering and leaf proofing work all looked very nicely done. I was very pleased. But, I noticed that the fascia on the garage was not replaced with new wood as was specified in the proposal. Instead, only a small 1 to 1 1/2 foot piece was replaced, the rest of the original wood was left as it was before. I called Tonka to let them know what I had found and I was assured they would talk to the person in the field who had done the work to get it resolved. Rather than calling me to let me know they would correct the work that hadn't been done to my request and what was in the proposal, the response from the company was that the worker in the field had said that he had "done me a favor" by reusing the old wood that was already there. They made a decision separate from the proposal without getting my okay for the work to be done that way. So, what I thought was an oversight in the work was actually done intentionally so without my knowledge or permission. When I explained that I very specifically wanted new wood on those areas as was specified in the proposal, the response was still that it was still better than it was before and it was still almost the same as what was in the proposal. There was no offer or effort on the part of Tonka to correct it beyond getting the response from the worker in the field who had done the work. They also didn't credit me any monies for the part of the proposal they didn't follow through on, the fascia replacement. They also didn't offer to come out and replace the remaining old wood with new. I still ended up paying the full $1295.00. I'm afraid that the worker second guessing what had already been agreed upon between myself and the company in the proposal and doing work without my input or permission didn't settle well with me; nor did the company's lack of response about my concerns afterward leave me feeling very confident about my value to them as a customer.

Timely and work was well done. The guys who installed where very obliging and did a good job. My only complaint is that there were two downspouts whose extensions crossed a sidewalk and onto part of a driveway. The sidewalk was really unavoidable, but the driveway could have been prevented. My wife has dented the mouth of the downspout while backing out once. I wish the first consultation or the install guys had noticed that location could be problematic. A follow up phone call would have been nice too.

They came out and told me to do it myself, because it wasn't too bad and it would cost me more money if we used them. So they saved us a bunch of money and gave us some advice on how to get the job done as well.

Very responsive, friendly, and professional. Bid was thorough, everything was explained clearly, samples of the products were shown to me. The crew was on time, friendly, and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly. Another company told me that it wasn't possible to put on the gutters with leaf covers, given the way my house is built. Tonka Seamless had no problem, never even mentioned as an issue, just put things up and it all looks like it was always there. I'm very happy.

I called to ask for an estimate, which they did the next day. They left material explaining the options. They didn't try to oversell me on anything. (In fact, I followed up to them with a question about leaf protection - an extra expense, and they had a couple options. This was easily added to the already scheduled installation.) The job was done about a week later. Very easy to work with.
