+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WERE ACTUALLY 5 MINUTES EARLY. RUSS IS VERY PERSONABLE AND HE GAVE ME SOME ADVICE ON FIXING ANOTHER PLUMBING PROBLEM MYSELF AND SOLD ME THE MATERIALS TO DO IT. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND WAS GONE NOT TOO LONG AFTER HE CAME.
