Smartfix

I made an appointment w/ Luis for 2 pm. I got held up and called to let him know I would be about 15 minutes late. He said that would be no problem and to come in anyway. I dropped off the phones and was told that it would be 2 to 3 hours (i was also told this at the time I made the appointment). I was given a loaner phone I could use while he was repairing mine (Yay!!!). He called me about 2 and a half hours later to let me know my phone was ready. When I picked up the phone the charges were exactly what I was quoted when i dropped it off. When I checked it out I found that not only had they replaced the glass, they had even installed a scratch protector on the screen! My phone once again looks and works great, plus their fees were the most reasonable I had been estimated. I am very pleased, I would highly recommend this company for any call phone repair. I believe they also service tablets and PC's.

When my son cracked the screen on his iPad 2 I checked at the Roseville Apple Store about getting it fixed and was told it would cost $239. I called Smartfix and they said it would cost $99. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and they called on Friday to say it was fixed. I picked it up anx was delighted with their work.
