Description of Work: We had an ornamental apple tree that was dying, and 3 trees that required trimming. They arrived on the morning specified, removed the dying tree, trimmed the other trees. returned a week later to remove the stump. all was done efficiently, and cleaned up afterward.

Description of Work: Consulted with me, advised me regarding tree health status, removed several trees and trimmed others, and protected ash trees from emerald ash borer.

Description of Work: They provided me with an assessment of the 6 trees on my property and fall fertilization of those trees for $25/tree. Overall, they were good and I would use them again. However, they could improve on their communication for scheduling. I need to know in advance when they are coming in order to take time off of work and they provided very little warning.

Description of Work: I am having Shadywood do a number of things, but so far they have only taken out 2 shrubs for me and took away the debris. I was very satisfied with their promptness and efficiency. Soon they will be returning to give my middle aged ash a fertilization and ash borer treatment. Nothing could be done until leafing has occurred. I am most impressed with their professionalism and timeliness at this point.

Description of Work: We contacted three tree trimming services to quote us on removing some dead branches from a large Ash tree. Shadywood was the only one to respond. It took less than two days, and after getting our information, we were told they would send someone out to take a look early the next week. We haven't had the estimate done yet, but appreciate that they responded and set a plan, though the Type A trait in me would have appreciated a more concrete timeline.
