We had a terrific experience with the window replacement project at our home. The process with your company was seamless from the delivery of the windows to the final install. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Our installer, Doug, is top of the line in professionalism and skills! After he left, we could hardly tell he was in the house; except for the beautiful windows left behind! I'm very happy with my door. They were able to custom make it to fit. Everyone from the beginning to the end were very helpful and friendly.

The process from sales to installation went very well. No pressure. The product is good. The installation process from scheduling to actual install was top notch. The install happened when planned. The crew was prompt, clean and worked well together making install quite good. I am glad we went with Scherer and Marvin and would recommend to others.

The Infinity windows look and operate great. We really like how well the screens seal when inserted into the windows. The installation crew was terrific and very easy to work with.

Scherer has been a pleasure to work with. Chris, the sales person we worked with, was focused on what we needed and we never felt the slightest bit of pressure to buy a certain product, or to buy at all frankly. Chris and the office staff have always been very responsive and helpful, even helping to coordinate with finishers when I asked for recommendations of ones familiar with the Marvin EverWood product. The installers they contract with have done a great job. I'm pretty sure we had different installers each time and they all were very professional, clean, and did a quality job while dealing with a house where nothing is standard. When it comes time to replace our patio door, we will be giving Scherer a call.

We had 8 Marvin Next Generation wood clad replacement windows installed. Excellent service during project planning. 4 installers made short order of the work and were in an out in a morning. Installers were professional, took care to protect the house and left the area clean and product was installed very well. I would definitely hire them again if we decide to replace more windows.

Scherer did an excellent job through the entire process of our window replacement. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient.

Dave helped me order the right windows. He did the measuring and took pictures. I knew exactly what I was going to get and I got them. The person that communicates about delivery and install times is amazing. The delivery was on time. I never had any problems with installation either. They are reliable and know what they are doing. I would use them again but I ran out of windows. My house is so much warmer.

Sales guy came by on time, informed me that customized windows would be created and job was sked'd about 6 to 8 weeks later. Materials arrived earlier than expected and job was scheduled just before Thanksgiving. Crew was a bunch (five guys) of hardworking, very professional, guys who knew their stuff and worked the job from 8am to about 6pm or so. Quality of windows and quality of installation was FIVE Stars!!! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Got great value for my money and (best of all!!!) my wife is quite happy with the additional space.

Everything with our window installation went fine. We received a packet in the mail 1-2 weeks before the installation date with the construction permit and additional information about the project. The windows were delivered the day before the installation. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up by 9:00 and were done installing all 6 windows by about 3:00. The new windows all look and work great. I would hire again.

Delivery was the day before the installation and that went unimpeded. The dispatcher kept me informed of slight delays. The installers were great. Didn't dawdle and got right to work and cleaned up everything when they were done.

The project went very well from beginning to the end. The sales representative was informative, prepared to show door options, talk cost, and installation information. The carpenter who put in the door (Mike G.) was highly skilled and completed the project in a day. He was very accuate and detailed with his work. He cleaned up after the project was completed and made sure I knew how to open and lock the new door after he installed the door handle and lock set. The job was great from beginning to the edn.

Would not even considermy job because it was "too small"

Everything from ordering to install want very well. The job was finished on schedule. The workers were neat and were careful about making sure our carpeting was covered and that there was no mess left behind.

From unbiased information and no pressure at the time of sales consultation, to the completion of the installation, Scherer was a class act. Everyone was prompt, professional and friendly, informative, and highly skilled. My sister used Scherer to replace all the windows in her home; the installation crew felt one her windows didn't fit quite right, and promptly reinstalled an upgraded window at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

Delivery was smooth, installation crew was very professional, clean, nice guys. It was done on time with minimal disruption given the scope of the job. They worked with us to keep dust and direct to a minimum.

Excellent experience, very impressed. The crew was very professional and efficient, working as a team to remove the old windows, prep the openings, unwrap the new windows, build the new inside frames, and install the windows. They paid much attention to detail, including the part that isn't visible, and the finished work looked perfect. A+ workmanship. The sales rep coordinated the early delivery of the windows and the crew started work early in the morning. They were very organized and brought all of the tools and materials that they needed to finish the job. They kept us apprised of their progress and completed the work late the same day. The sales rep visited the job mid-day to see how everything was going and to make sure that we were satisfied. The crew left our home cleaner than they found it, both inside and out, and made sure that we were fully satisfied before they left. We were amazed how much quieter and warmer our house was over the winter. The windows were well sealed and we couldn't detect any drafts anywhere around any of the windows. We are so pleased that we are planning to have Scherer install a second batch of windows later this year.

Great. The Scherer representative was responsive, knowledgeable and able to assist us in choosing windows to match the original windows in the house. The work crews were quick, exacting and professional. The windows themselves are energy efficient and easy to clean. Plus they complement the historic nature of our home.

They came to replace a door in the back leading to the garage and new storm doors to the front and back doors. They did a good job and cleaned up well. They did come back later to fix an alignment of the storm doors. They came out quickly and solved the problem well. I would hire them again.

The entire process was efficient and professional. The installers were very knowledgeable, did a fantastic job. I was comfortable with them coming and going from my home without close supervision. Because the window unit was custom sized, it was expensive, but the quality of the product and service through installation was worth every penny. I am very happy with selecting them.
